Svc reps are very helpful although if you need a loaner to leave your car for a day appts take a loong time. Problem is service dept cannot determine issues before your vehicle breaks down. Was quoted a price of $37 dollars to replace marker light on 2012 Jeep Wrangler. When I checked out the price on invoice was $78.50. Absolutely wrong!!
