A great buying experience! I came into Premier to look at purchasing a certified pre-owned Dodge Ram 1500. Mike was very pleasant from the start, and let me to go on a test driv I came into Premier to look at purchasing a certified pre-owned Dodge Ram 1500. Mike was very pleasant from the start, and let me to go on a test drive. After really liking the truck, Mike helped me look at the various financing options. The lowest payment we could come up with was still over my budget. After trying feverishly to get the payment lower for me, he then asked me if I ever considered a lease. I never liked the idea, but then again didn't know that much about it. He offered me a test drive in a brand new Ram 1500. I fell in love with the truck, but thought there was no way it could be any cheaper. While I was gone Mike worked on some lease options for me, and he got the miles I wanted at a low monthly price. He never once pressured me or gave me that "stealership" feeling. Without Mike's knowledge, attitude, and attention to my needs, I don't know that I'd be driving a brand new truck! Thanks to Mike, Golf, and the whole Premier team!! More
