Brad and Roxanne, thank you for your feed back. This is the type of information we collect and go over in our meetings that help us grow. Unfortunately this was a situation that happens often, very common situation were people will come in look at a vehicle and then ( go home to think about it ) not realizing that someone did the same thing to the same vehicle the day before, so sadly enough it happens, as you have stated to us about you other experiences of 3-4 times at other dealers recently during your shopping it has been less than desirable ,our apologies for them and since we were the last we caught the brunt of this. Its all about timing in sales however the good news is we have a Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram store in our chain and they take vehicle in on trade all the time and we will continue to look for another vehicle that fits your needs and wants again. So thanks again for your feedback hopefully next time it will be a more favorable response and experience on your behalf.

The dealership has responded to our review above. Unfortunately, they are not taking responsibility for the situation that actually took place. In fact, we never left to contemplate the vehicle. We negotiated over the phone, came to an agreement, arrived at the dealership 90 minutes after hanging up, and the vehicle was still sold out from under us. We offered a deposit after one was asked for and were told, "Since you will be here shortly, we can do it when you get down here." Insinuating the vehicle would be held out of courtesy. The dealership response is to save face.
