Paul was great in getting me into an awesome 2012 Chevy Cruze 1LT RS! Although the car I had originally went in to view had been sold, Paul found me the same car with the same features in a different color Cruze 1LT RS! If you go in to Premier go see Paul, it's no wonder why he has so many sales representative of the month awards hanging on the wall by his desk! He is great to work with and will get you a sweet deal on a sweet car! I also have to say that Adam was great to work with as well. I stopped by Premier Chevrolet about a week ago to mainly look at their Chevrolet Colorados. I was greeted by Adam Gianquitti who was friendly, courteous and answered all of my questions regarding the Chevy look at their Chevrolet Colorados. Brian noticed I was a veteran and in a matter of minutes Adam and Brian handed me a sheet which showed the Veteran's price, minus $9000 trade in and also a $1000 AARP discount. I was impressed with the cordial and business like manner that both individuals conducted themselves in. I did not feel pressured in any way to purchase the truck and simply stated to Adam that I needed to think about the purchase. In the next 2 - 4 days Adam and I talked via phone if I was interested in purchasing the vehicle and I let him know that I thought due to the excellent condition of my trade that it should be worth at least $10,000. Also asked if I was eligible for a Memorial Day $500 incentive. Adam called back with positive information and asked if I could stop back in so my vehicle could be looked at again. I also told Adam I was interested in possibly financing through Premier and that I was hoping for a 3% rate. Again Adam got back to me with positive news and yesterday afternoon I visited Premier to hopefully close the sale. I was met by Ellis Disch who appraised my vehicle and reviewed the work that Adam had provided me. In a little over 2 hours my wife and I drove out of Premier with the new 2012 Chevrolet Colorado. We were very pleased with the service that Adam provided as well as the service provided by Brian Howe, Scott Johnson and Ellis Disch!! More

I had a great experience, I don't know if its possible to get a great price on a car at a dealership, but they worked extra hard to get me the car I wanted with the options i wanted. I was very impressed with the friendly customer service. George, Brian and Scott went out of there way to make my purchase as easy as possible. I noticed the interaction between the members of the sales force, never was I left unattended with out at least an inquiry from some one about my comfort, desire for a beverage etc. I meet most of the staff and was always greeted with a warm handshake, Steve introduce me to the service manager as a "new member of the service family". I am looking forward to a long positive relationship with Premier. More
