James has gone well above what I could have ever imagined from any salesperson. His main concern was my satisfaction and not his commission. He is a true asset to Premier Chevrolet. When I called the dealership inquiring about a vehicle that I was interested in, James had the vehicle at the door and ready for a test ride. I became a true friend in Jim and the staff. I’ve had several bad instances with other dealerships and it left a terrible feeling and mistrust of car salespersons. Jim S, David S, and Greg M changed that feeling. Thanks guys! Throughout my career, I’ve had a lot of customer interaction. Also, due to my customer interaction, I tend to judge other individuals with the customer service and the attention that I receive. James excelled in all of my expectations. He was sympathetic to my tears, but provided a positive note in directing me personally to a salesperson (Paul Taylor) who would understand my distress, tolerate my tears at losing the car I loved, and help me to move on to a car that I am learning to accept...an attractive, good car, feels good to drive. Both Dan and Paul put out far more than normally necessary, to help me, to feel comfortable with moving on, and to trust them in our interactions. I am deeply grateful for their kindness in accepting my sadness on the loss of the car I so loved, but to be positive in moving on. I will be back to Premier as long as I live, and members of my family will be bringing their cars for regular service as well. More

Terrible beginning good ending. I went into premier chevy to look for a new car, bill buswell showed me a chevy Cruze that was perfect, so I decided I wanted it, the sales manager ca I went into premier chevy to look for a new car, bill buswell showed me a chevy Cruze that was perfect, so I decided I wanted it, the sales manager called me the next day and said I was approved so I drove an hour and ten minutes to sign papers. Danny Schwartz the finance manager met me and said your all set on your chevy impala... I was so confused. Danny said that this was the far for me HE decided it was better not me. So they ran my credit for the car I did not want at all, and then proceeded to scream at me when I wanted my 100 dollar deposit back I put on the chevy Cruze. Continued to yell at me and tell me it was my privledge he was helping me get a loan. Later bill buswell called me and said he might be able to get me approved on my car, he did. I got the Cruze I wanted originally cheaper than the wanted to put me in the other car. When I signed papers Danny the finance manager would not talk or look at me very rude. Bill buswell was great, Danny the finance manager was rude, disrespectful and down right mean. While I got the car I wanted idk if I will do business here again More
