tried to have key made for 1995 chevy s10 and they told me they could be arrested for making a key with out reg. we had the ins card and drivers lic. and then told me it was 35.00 to cut a key service mang me they could be arrested for making a key with out reg. we had the ins card and drivers lic. and then told me it was 35.00 to cut a key service manger called me after and said they give the info. to the FBI we went to a chevy dealer a little further down the the road and they cut the key with the same info and charged me 11.95 i then called serval dealers just to ask about making a key and three other chevy dealers said no problem to come down and have a key cut with ins. card and drivers lic. the problem was i broke key at work in waterford ct and we live in brooklyn ct my wife was going to bring me a new key what i dont understand is a 45 year old woman with two kids walk in to a dealer ship and lives right down the street from dealer and they cant make a key but the dealer 8miles away can More

Paul met us at the door, answered all our questions and explained leasing vrs. buying. He carefully noted each item that I required in my new car and ordered it from another dealer. This was the best experience i've ever had purchasing a vehicle. The four gentlemen that i had the pleasure to work with were nothing less than fantastic. Paul was very professional but personable. i feel like he cared about me as the customer and my needs. Ellis was very responsive and likeable, i enjoyed dealing with him. Brian was determined to keep my business and very nice to deal with. he is a big presence at the dealership. Finally, Scott was very knowledgeable and friendly. he made the "paperwork" tolerable! He had a couple of good jokes too! The other guys in the office were very friendly too, always saying hi and smiling. Overall this team really made it happen for me. i was very near buying a truck at another dealer, the crew did what they needed to do to earn my business.
