Went to Premier Chevrolet to discuss options on leasing a new vehicle and trade in old vehicle. My wifw and I were greeted by Steve Rudd who was polite, articulate, professional and totally knowledgable on new vehicle and trade in old vehicle. My wifw and I were greeted by Steve Rudd who was polite, articulate, professional and totally knowledgable on Chevrolet products. We told him we were interested in all wheel drive vehicle and he introduced us to the 2013 Equinox which he invited us to test drive. We both were impressed with the vehicle and the complete knowledge of the vehicle by Steve. After the test drive, Steve discussed options to us and had our vehicle appraised and decided on the spot to trade in on the new Equinox. We left the dealership for a few hours and after a late lunch, returned and found that Steve and the business manager Scott Johnson had everything ready for us to sign. Steve spent quality time with us after the deal was sealed going over all the nuances of this technologically embedded vehicle including helping us set up Blue-tooth phone connectivity. This was the smoothest , most professional car deal that my wife and I have ever encountered and we really appreciated the total experience.
