2014 Chevy Malibu Test Drive & Sales Price Discussion Mark Poitras took my wife and I for a test drive of the car for about 5 miles. We both had a chance to drive the car and Mark answered all of our que Mark Poitras took my wife and I for a test drive of the car for about 5 miles. We both had a chance to drive the car and Mark answered all of our questions about the car and its accessories. We then stepped into the dealership and received a copy of the invoice of the car we drove and a breakdown of the additional charges and rebates with a final bottom line price. After receiving two other bottom line bids from other dealerships, we were able to negotiate with Jason an acceptable deal for both parties. We took title to the car yesterday and Seth Swagger made sure all of the paperwork went smoothly. Steve Rudd was very patient with us while he explained all of the On Star features. He got us logged into the system and we were able to purchase minutes for the phone. Jason got the car cleaned up and Mark gassed it up and put the temporary license plate on. Everyone works as a team at this dealership. They deserve to win dealership of the year award again for 2014. More
