We received excellent customer service from start to finish. Kwynten our Sales Professional, Robert the Product Specialist, and Don, the Sales/Finance Manager treated us with respect, were very personable, took time to explain everything, went above and beyond for us, and exceeded our expectations. Premier Chevrolet is top tier. We plan to be lifelong customers (this makes purchase number 2) because of their excellent customer service and products. More

Worked with Damian Deak - Sales, Max Randall - Sales Manager, and Don Boisclair - Finance. We travelled 5 hours to look at a vehicle, arriving later than expected. They all took as much time as we needed, without rushing us in any way. Answered all of our questions, and showed us everything we wanted to see. Despite not completely getting the deal finished until well after they closed (they closed at 7 and stayed until almost 10) to provide us with the best customer service they could with no complaint. We were extremely grateful for their patience and willingness to put in the extra time. Very satisfied with their sales team. More

FRAUD OR INCOMPETENCE you decide. Took my car in for service before the warranty expired. They found 2k of non warranty work. I paid them then 1 week later ac goes out. Take it back and they diagnosed it as a bad compressor and want another 2k for replacement. I said no. Took it to an honest mechanic who found yhe wires cut to my ac. Sabotage or incompetence...you choose! More
Very poor experience here. Tried to push me into putting $2,000 down before we even began talking about any negotiations with trades, which there would be no guarantee other than their word that I would get $2,000 down before we even began talking about any negotiations with trades, which there would be no guarantee other than their word that I would get the money back if the deal went south. Right in the middle of the negotiations, the owner abruptly stopped the negotiations and sold the vehicle I was ready to buy once they have me a value on my trade, to someone else. Glad I didn’t give them the $2,000 if they aren’t even willing to follow through the negotiations to settle up on the deal in order to pay them the $2,000 they must have needed. I don’t pay someone before we come to an agreement - especially when there is no paperwork that states when and how I get my money back. Bad business. PS - By the way, I just saw your response to email you. What good is that going to do? You are posting as the owner. Mr. Cognac, the owner is the one that screwed me out of the vehicle. What are you going to do, go back and do the right and honorable thing and give me the opportunity to purchase the vehicle I was almost done dealing on. No. You are not. You are only trying to make it look like you care even the smallest bit. The owner, Mr. Cognac is the one that did it, and he was aware of what he was doing. So, I have absolutely no interest in emailing you to receive some type of lame excuse. Just do the right thing for once, and treat people fairly, unlike I was treated, and your reviews may get a little better. Today is the 28th. I emailed them and told them I responded to their response. Haven’t heard anything at all back interns of a response to the email or a telephone call.
