Worst dealership ever! Bought a hard to get vehicle that I really wanted from them and bought all the extra protection and warranties the offered. They refused to abide by GM advertising, rebates and financing that was offered. Had to take car back for undercoating and they washed the vehicle with dirt mitts and scratched the car to pieces. Since they don’t have a body shop had to take it to third party to have 2 doors painted and the hood while the rest of the car was buffed ! Refused to replace car as this is there common practice with new cars according to an assistant mgr. Got GM customer services involved and like being handed off to 5 different service reps all they could is to free 500 GM points toward purchasing accessories. Want GM customer service to get manager or owner to call none would and everything was done through GM customer service. What a JOKE Of crooks. Been a loyal GM customer and Chevrolet my whole life . I would never by from these people or Chevrolet or a GM product again. And it took 3 tree months to get that out of them! Buyers beware! More

So my journey began with searching for a Chevy Silverado 2500 HD, Looking to replace my 2020 model. I started by going to my local chevy dealership where I previous over the past 13 years have managed to pu 2500 HD, Looking to replace my 2020 model. I started by going to my local chevy dealership where I previous over the past 13 years have managed to purchase 7 vehicles. So with all intended reasons I thought why not try again. When I got their I scoped the lot for a truck to suit my needs, Their stock was roughly 7 trucks availble that fit my search, however after several visits negotiating and looking I was left feeling as though everyone was to good or to busy to help. I left that day disappointed yet eager I called the next day to try again, every invoice window sticker was higher than I could ever expect yet I was determined to keep my focus and be loyal to those whom I dealt with in the past. That day was very discouraging. A Day laterI decided to try the next two local dealerships only to realize they were owned by the same people just different location. I left both places feeling even worst. I deciced to back off and stop searching. I had and appointment at Morgantown Hospital and on my way back home I stopped and looked at Premier Chevy/GM dealership. I met a team of people that greeted me and made me feel extremely welcome and important. Scott, Bridgell, Paul and Matthew all work together to meet my needs and stayed with me until the end. They done everything within their ability to put me in a truck that well suited my needs. Although I did not leave with an approval on a loan or even the truck I was pursuing after I can truly say I left satisfied. Everyones efforts, means more to me than successfully making a purchase. It's all about how they treated me, they were patient, extremely kind and courteous they exhausted all their efforts to make the best deal for me. So I could be a proud owner of what I wanted. I don't believe I'm the only person to recieve such undivided efforts. I believe this is what this dealership strives for, Customer Service, My overall experience is rated 5 star and when I get all my ducks in a row I will return to complete my pursuit. I called this dealership about my part for my tailgate switch and they said that it was in. i drove 3 an a half hours to get there to find that they didn't even have the part in i called and spoke with th switch and they said that it was in. i drove 3 an a half hours to get there to find that they didn't even have the part in i called and spoke with the management and they said they would get to the bottom of it and blowed me off and i called back today wanting an explanation and another manager blew me off xxxx pour service department and management team to be representing che or GMC they are there for you when your buying but not for anything else i will tell everyone to avoid this dealership and when ask about where to buy a truck like this i will tell you stay clear of liars More
