CUSTOMER SERVICE SUCKS I was supposed to meet with Eugene; however, he was leaving the lot in the car I wanted to look at as I was arriving. 1 person asked if I needed help, I was supposed to meet with Eugene; however, he was leaving the lot in the car I wanted to look at as I was arriving. 1 person asked if I needed help, I told her I had spoken to Eugene (who had arrived back in the office) about a car, she looked up and said "Eugene, these folks are here to see you"; He asked us to have a seat, left and never came back to help us. I loathe to think they didn't want to sell me a car because I am black. However, Eugene jumped right in to help a caucasian couple that had arrived while we were waiting. I always thought "Money is Green" regardless who was making a purchase. More
