Take Your Business Elsewhere I bought a 28,000 car in Novemeber 2015 and its March 2016. I have yet to receive my tags. They proclaim this has never happened to anyone before, but I bought a 28,000 car in Novemeber 2015 and its March 2016. I have yet to receive my tags. They proclaim this has never happened to anyone before, but that's not true. I have to go through the DMV myself to get tags although they were already paid for when I purchased the car. The sales reps that I worked with are no longer there and unfortunately the finance manager Aladin has recently passed away. Everyone else, including upper management, A.J and Cindy are liars. Don't do business here. Take your money and your time elsewhere. More

Run in with Robert I went pass this dealership with my mom because I saw a single car that caught my eye one day riding pass. Well one car turned into a strong 4! I knew the style of car I wanted and Robert was very informative and patient with me as I'm a young female so I had plenty of questions! I can't recall how long exactly my visit was at the dealership but it was very welcoming and fun to say the least. I was able to find a perfect car to match my personality, style and budget! I test drove the car and again, fell more in love with my purchase as this is a commitment for a few years and wanted to make sure I was comfortable and confident in my decision. Robert answered every single question that popped up in general conversation and I was truly impressed with his knowledge of not only the vehicle but the process and likelihood of my approval to be financed. The office was closed so I had to wait the next day to hear back from the bank but each time Robert spoke to me about the car, he ALWAYS referred to the car as "MY CAR" and I really enjoyed the sound of that! Once we got the OK that I was approved, he was very happy to place my keys in my hand! I have been in contact with the great gentlemen from Premier Auto since my purchase because my mom wants a new car too and of course we're not shopping anywhere else!!!!! Buying A Car Made EZ Well, after having difficulty finding the right car and car loan, Premier Auto Imports was a God-send. When I arrived at the dealership I was met by a Well, after having difficulty finding the right car and car loan, Premier Auto Imports was a God-send. When I arrived at the dealership I was met by a gentleman named Brian Hines. Brian was probably the nicest and helpful car salesperson I've ever met and i've had alot of cars in my life. Brian answered every question I had and then when it was time for financing I then met Leon.. Leon was very confident that he could get the right loan for me...and HE WAS RIGHT!!! at the end of the day...I walked away with a 2012 Mercedes C250 coupe with 26,000 miles on it. Thanks Mr. Brian Hines for excellent service and thank you Leon for making it happen when other dealerships said it wouldn't happen. I definitely recommend Premier Auto Imports and ask for Brian.. He's the Best!! More
