Never but a car from Premier Auto!!! Never again!!! Run for the hills they are selling lemons!!!! I bought a 2015 Chevy Impala. Only have 45000 miles and already the engine light is on!! They only give a limited warranty of 30 days 1000 miles. And they wouldn't even fix they problem!!! Telling me that I have to pay 50 percent!!! I don't even have my tags yet!!!! I had to get the back light replace and some one dented my car while it was getting cleaned!!! BEFORE I EVEN TOOK IT!!!!! THE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS VERY POOR ALL THEY DID WAS LIE!!!JUST TO GET ME TO BUY THE CAR.....IS IT THAT I AM A FEMALE????? More

very unexpectly pleasant experience I was in the market for a late model reliable used vehicle and fortunately stumbled across Premier Auto in Waldorf, MD. I was greeted by Alex Reyes an I was in the market for a late model reliable used vehicle and fortunately stumbled across Premier Auto in Waldorf, MD. I was greeted by Alex Reyes and after listening to my needs, he showed me around the lot...Still not finding what I was looking for, Alex leaf me inside and showed me vehicles from their other location(online)..I selected a vehicle...Alex had vehicle brought to Waldorf location..test drove the car and decided this was the car for me..Because I knew I was looking for a car, I had with me supporting financial documents...Within a relatively short time (we are talking dealership time), I was awarded financing proposals and accepted the one most feasible to me..Please bear in mind that I don't have the highest credit rating, but the agency was able to get me a very attractive and manageable financing loan..There were a couple of minor details with the car, but Alex provided a "dealership what we owe summary sheet" that was handled and completed in a timely manner...All in All..Alex Reyes and Premier Auto Imports have totally changed the way I had somewhat negatively view "independent used car dealerships....I am a harsh critic and demand what I pay for and I am very satisfied customer..If you are in the need for a quality later model used car....see Alex Reyes at Premier Auto Imports in Waldorf, MD More

I was able to buy my car at a great price on a Sunday when many other dealers were closed. However, I needed an owner's manual and a tow hitch cover for the car - these items were missing. I did not even notice that the two hitch cover was missing; they pointed it out to me and offered to order me one. I was told it would take a week to obtain the cover and the owners manual, but it took a month. I found out quickly that calling them to request a status got me nowhere. I starting stopping by the dealership every few days after work in order to get things moving. During one of the visits, I discovered that they lost the first tow hitch cover they ordered and they had to order another one. I was extremely happy when I received my "due out" items because I could put my experience with these nice but disorganized people behind me. More

Easy Car Buying This experience was totally different than my first car where I felt pressured. I walked in and told them what I wanted, then they turned on their mag This experience was totally different than my first car where I felt pressured. I walked in and told them what I wanted, then they turned on their magic and made it happen. I was given strict terms and basically turned away for lack of funds and credit at the big box auto dealership. The next day I drove my new 2013 Chevy Volt home! (The day before I was rejected on a 2017 Chevy Volt lease .... their loss, I got my Volt anyway) ... All the staff were great and worked together to get my deal approved ... from my salesman, Alex Reyes , to the finance people, to outside insurance contacts - I loved the family atmosphere ... there was a long wait getting my loan approved but outside of that I truly enjoyed my car buying experience and would recommend Premier to anyone ! More
