Franky was very friendly and patient with us while we were looking at trucks. He made us feel very comfortable and did not pressure us in any way. They stayed after hours to close the deal. Bought my car in November and it was advertised with auto start. The mechanism wasn’t even in the car, I messaged Roger because I worked with him when I bought the car so I trusted him. When originally messa start. The mechanism wasn’t even in the car, I messaged Roger because I worked with him when I bought the car so I trusted him. When originally messaged Roger was very kind and ready to set me up with an appointment...then things took a turn for the worse. I didn’t hear from him for a few new days so I messaged again about making the appointment, he apologized said things were crazy busy and gave me the information he found out. At this point I still wanted to make the appointment, he made me an appointment for a Friday even though we didn’t discuss availability and I worked Friday. So I responded saying I worked Friday but I could do the fallowing Tuesday if that was alright. He said that Tuesday would work fine. Saturday I messaged asking what time my appointment was Tuesday and no response. I messaged Sunday asking what time my appointment was and no response. Again on Monday. Eventually I called the auto shop to find out and they had no idea who I was or what I was talking about. Roger never set up an appointment, just claimed he did. I will not be purchasing another vehicle from them, or using their auto shop for work. Premier Auto Group, you could have and should have done better. More
