Mike spent weeks looking at thousands of GMC 1ton pickups for us. In the end we switched gears on him and bought and Dodge 3500. We couldn't be more happy or ecstatic with our new truck and are so appreciative of the patience and diligence Mike had with finding us the right vehicle, not just a vehicle. We would buy from them again in a heart beat. When our new truck had a headlight issue 3 days after purchase, Auto House quickly fixed and made right any small issue we had. Thank you Mike and auto house for taking care of us! More
Awesome experience! No hassle great people! We were referred to them by Sam’s club and Anthony and Mike were awesome. Anthony texted me and I called him and very easy to talk to no pressure. Got there and Anthony he was helping someone but Mike took us back to check out the car and whole process from test drive to signing papers with Anthony just easy in and out maybe in an hour and a half. Before starting the repairs, Tim let me know that the repairs on my car would basically be more than its value. So I decided to get my first new car. Tim took care of everything. I let him know what kind of car I wanted and by the time I came in, the car was ready with freshly tinted windows, the paperwork was ready for signing, there were no surprise fees and Tim even helped introduce me to the workings of my new car. Not Satisfied I did not get far - told the salesperson I looked at Camry's at a dealership and wanted to see what she had to offer. She said "I don't play that game and I only deal with people who don't talk to dealerships". I explained I was not doing a deal - just looking and she said "sorry, can't help you and hung up". Very strange - why not talk to a customer? Also a customer should shop around. I think something is wrong here. More
I love my new Mini Van The staff was full of energy and guided me well for important decisions. For example The cars are sold (as is) with an option to purchase a warranty. I was just going to save some money not purchase the warenty but the dealer said something that stuck with me. He said, "Get to know your car". He explained that once the car is purchased any number of things could potentially happen. He recommended getting the warranty and if after six mounts I felt I did not need it then drop the warranty and the money would be refunded toward the purchase of the car. He had nothing to gain by this and it was sound advice. I truly believe these people are honestly trying to keep the human aspect of their business in mind while doing business. More
Beware of this car dealership I purchased a 2005 Ford Truck from them on a Saturday. After only driving the vehicle less than 100 miles (3 days later), the truck started to have se I purchased a 2005 Ford Truck from them on a Saturday. After only driving the vehicle less than 100 miles (3 days later), the truck started to have serious mechanical issues. I took it in to Fletchers Auto Center to run diagnostic tests. The test produced 5 codes. I called my salesman who was rude to me after I told him I wanted to return the vehicle and get my money back. I drove the truck back and waited an hour to speak with one of the owners. He was aware from my salesman why I was there. I told him I wanted my money back. In his office was one of his mechanics who gave me a story about the truck and a part they replaced. They said maybe the part was defective and I was to follow their mechanic out to the shop so they could do their own Diagnostics'. Long story short the part that was pulled out after only being replaced a few weeks earlier was caked in black carbon like material. He ordered another part, replaced it and told me the truck was just fine. He told me to call him directly if I had any more issues. (Day 1 - lost work). The following day I started the truck and it started to blow black and grey smoke from the tail pipe. I called the mechanic directly and he told me it was probably just carbon that was built up in the engine and to go ahead and drive it. After only 3 miles from my house, the truck began to loose power, it was now smoking so bad that I thought the truck was on fire. The truck's temp was way past the hot point. Engine lights were firing. The only thing I could do was pull over and shut the engine off. I called their mechanic who said the owner would call me or my Salesman. I sat there for over 2 hours stranded without a call back. I finally was able to get towed home by one of my friends. I begged my salesman to refund my money and give me my old truck back. I told him he could keep his commission if he wanted (which he told me was $375.00. He said he did not want a commission, that was his decision. He would talk to the owner about the situation. In the meantime I had another mechanic look at the truck who is a friend. He said the truck had major issues that would cost a lot to fix. He said he could smell anti-freeze and oil in the black and grey smoke. As he said quote "a real lemon". Finally my salesman said he was on his way over to bring me my truck back. He convieniently forgot my title and money I put down ($8000). My truck mats were also missing. At that point he told me the owner Dean said he was going to keep $1200 of my money for returning the truck. The salesman Anthony told me " I don't agree with him about keeping the money. Its not right. Somehow I will give you the $1200 back a little at a time. I told him Im not agreeing to that. I asked both my salesman and the owner to do the right thing and give me all my money back. They were rude, threatening and didnt even refund any money until12 days later. They owe me $8000 but only refunded me $6800. They just kept my $1200. They kept my old truck mats and I lost 2 days work. They owe me, not the other way around. These people are crooks. I am a single mom supporting my daughter and a new born grandson myself, but they don't care. More
