Upon entering the Service Area the first person to greet me Was Brian Pangione and he made me feel like I belonged at this dealership and I wanted to give him my service request. Very pleasant person and I me Was Brian Pangione and he made me feel like I belonged at this dealership and I wanted to give him my service request. Very pleasant person and I decided this was going to be my dealership to bring my Van from now on. While I was waiting I visited the new car showroom and was greeted by Roy Nathans who was so easy to talk to and I felt like I wanted to sit and discuss a new vehicle with him. He spent over 45 minutes with me and I gained a level of confidence that other salespersons have not provided me with. I will lease my next Town & country from him. More
I guess my experience with this dealership was a one off, based on what other people have said, but here is the story. I am a driving enthusiast. Manual transmission is my thing. I can discuss torque curves based on what other people have said, but here is the story. I am a driving enthusiast. Manual transmission is my thing. I can discuss torque curves for hours and to me vehicle's underbody and engine compartment are as important as the looks on the outside. I was looking for a lease on a 2013 Jeep Wrangler. The salesman was mediocre at best, not being able to present the product and was making up stuff as he went along. I kept asking questions and it felt like I am leading him to an answer instead of him driving the conversation. Then, he must had thought I am stupid because when I pointed out two rusting bolts on the vehicle in the showroom securing the rear of the cabin to the frame he told me they were scratched during installation. I inquired about difference between 3.21 and 3.73 axle ratio and he answered the latter goes with larger tires for speedometer speed accuracy. When my wife and I sat down at his desk there were two dirty coffee cups left from previous clients standing right in front of us all the time. Now, that's just sloppy. By that time I pretty much knew this dealership was not for me. Then, as I wanted to look at vehicle colors available on the lot sales manager Bob Lizanich comes over and things started to heat up. I told him roughly the structure of the deal I was expecting and he just laughed at me. At the same time he was refusing to give me a quote unless I am buying that day, standing over me like a bouncer waiting for me to leave. As a former special forces member and a veteran good 15 years ago I don't get intimidated by things like that and start reason with him though the numbers. The thing about Lizanich is if he is not comfortable with the questions or doesn't want to provide details or transparency he switches to personal remarks. He asked me sarcastically how long have I been selling cars and telling me how long he has been in business and how he knows it all. Eventually he agrees to run the numbers for me, but his numbers are way off. Any attempt on my part to clarify where we differ, while I am running numbers on my calculator, are met with demeaning remarks. What Lizanich didn't know, and I never told him is that he is dealing with someone who has a masters degree in finance and holds a senior role at a major investment bank. Ins and outs of financial deals is my current specialty. Needless to say I went to a different dealership and besides me on the desk is a lease agreement with a monthly payment of $150 per month lower, believe it or not, than what Lizanich had quoted me with the same down payment on the same msrp of $29K. The dealership I leased at still made $1,100 on the deal. They were upfront and transparent, showing me their invoice too. Know what you want and don't give in. The end of story. God bless and good luck to all. More
Dan Gino was very easy to work with to find the price/vehicle that I wanted. Bottom line, if you are looking for a New Vehicle without the "back alley salesman" or "Circus" atmosphere, go see Dan. price/vehicle that I wanted. In today's tough business environment it takes outstanding customer service to keep customers satisfied and coming back. Joe and his staff went out of their way to ensure that all my expectation outstanding customer service to keep customers satisfied and coming back. Joe and his staff went out of their way to ensure that all my expectations in a new vehicle and the buying process were exceeded. First they found the exact vehicle I wanted and went out of their way to get it to the dealer safely and in a timely manner. The vehicle was prepped well and delivered without a hitch. Everything we discussed in the sales process was exactly how the final transaction happened, no last minute changes in pricing or the deal. Secondly they were and have been there for any questions on my new vehicle that weren't initially answered. Often you hear that dealers made the sale and now want nothing to do with you. This dealer is different, they want you to keep coming back and welcome you evrytime you come in. The rest of the staff is kind courteous and eager to help. Everyone greets you with a smile and a hello. Thanks You WILLIAM STEVEN SMITS More

I trust Brian the service manager as he has always been honest with me about what I need and do not need. Today, I got my oil changed and had them check the breaks due to some minor pulsating. They told honest with me about what I need and do not need. Today, I got my oil changed and had them check the breaks due to some minor pulsating. They told me I could wait until the next oil change to replace the rear breaks. I apprecaite the honesty. They have also been good in the past. That is why I take the 8 mile trip from Wayne, NJ for the last 3 years to get my Dodge Grand Caravan serviced by them. You do not mind paying to repair a vehicle when they are honest. Ron More
