We first looked at a Jeep Grand Cherokee and the payments were more than I wanted to pay. John then found us a Cherokee with everything I wanted in it. An amazing experience and great staff!! I was interested in buying a used truck that was in my budget, I went to a few dealerships before and most of the salesmen where very aggressive and p I was interested in buying a used truck that was in my budget, I went to a few dealerships before and most of the salesmen where very aggressive and pushy about buying a car, even though I explained I was not looking to buy right away unless I find an amazing deal. But when to Precision I saw a truck that I was really interested in and when I walked inside I met a salesman named Christian and he showed me the truck. Talking with Christian was very easy and he came off really professional and very informative, he was not aggressive and pushy about buying the truck. I explained that my credit was not the best but wasn't bad either. Christian worked with me patiently and him and the Sales Manager Jim were extremely helpful and worked with me to get an amazing deal that was just under my budget!! They made me feel very important and comfortable. Never sent my plates in the mail After purchasing my vehicle in late August, I paid for the dealership to register my vehicle in New York and send me my plates in the mail. Well my te After purchasing my vehicle in late August, I paid for the dealership to register my vehicle in New York and send me my plates in the mail. Well my temporary tags expire tomorrow and I still didn not receive my plates in the mail. I had to call precision jeep to ask about the status and only after my asking questions, they decide to tell me they undercharged me for the registration and I owe them $21 that's why they never sent me the plates. So basically I have to go down to the dealership tomorrow to get my plates since my car will have expired tags of tomorrow. Thanks for the inconvience. Only positive comment I have is that the salesman I reached out to got back to me in a timely fashion. You would think after the inconvience of me having to drive 40 minutes each way to pick up my plates, the dealership would eat the $21 fee tomorrow in a show of good faith. More
