I cannot say enough good things about Precision Acura's service department. Mike Mealey is my trusted service advisor in all things keeping cars healthy, and since many of my cars are Acura, it means he is service department. Mike provides outstanding service in all the ways that matter. Courteous, responsive, knowledgeable, committed, and never quits on diagnosing a problem and getting the repair done right. During my most recent purchase of a pre-owned car, I wanted to get a timing belt and other important maintenance done on the car at my expense based on the fair pricing by the sales department. Mike oversaw the entire process such that my car was ready for delivery the next day with all the service work done. It was an amazing experience to have the sales and service process performed simultaneously. Demonstrates the mutual trust the sales and service teams and I have built over a decades long relationship. The car I purchased is amazing and I am very happy. I also want to give a shout out to Steve in the service department. While Steve is not my primary advisor, he always says hello and engages in conversation. When he heard what vehicle I purchased and my concerns in lacking certain modern features (e.g., backup camera and Apple Car Play), he did research on his own time and provided me with excellent guidance on how I can achieve what I want in the aftermarket. I continue to be impressed with how the service team at Precision Acura consistently goes above and beyond to take care of me and my family's automotive needs. More
I purchased my MDX in Colorado Springs over 10 years ago. We moved back to NJ a few years later, and Precision Acura has taken excellent care of it ever since. Mike Mealey is the service advisor that manages all my service needs at this here for sales, but I am remiss at providing a review on their service. Mike Mealey is the service advisor that manages all my service needs at this dealer, and I have owned many Acura vehicles consistently serviced here with Mike leading the efforts. I am extremely happy with Mike and his team. They take all my vehicle concerns seriously and seek to remediate, even if I am often picky about noises or other little things others may overlook. The facility is great, the employees are extremely friendly and know me by name, and the service experience is premium as is fitting a premium brand. I actually look forward to working with Mike for my service needs and enjoy knowing he and the team have my back if anything goes wrong with my cars. I am grateful for the Precision Acura service team and highly recommend them to anyone looking for service excellence. More
