I tried to take that unpredictability out of the equation by using this site and others to find a salesperson I would be compatible with. But when we arrived that salespersons previous appointment was running very late so we met Ahmed a very knowledgeable, personable and courteous salesperson but very aggressive. By the end of 1.5 hours he was very confused that I would not sign a contract for a $43,000 car. But once he got over his dismay and disappointment which was not easy for him........ a few phone calls latter we were able to come a little closer in price for the new vehicle and the amount allotted for my trade-in we purchased the RDX. Ahmed will go to bat for you to try and obtain a good purchase price for your vehicle as long as you have done your homework and are reasonable with your requests. The finance department was very helpful in securing a great rate for finance and laid out extended warranty plans which were explained throughly. The experience at Precision was a very good, I left feeling that all my questions and concerns were answered and hopefully my infrequent visits to the service department will be positive. More
Best Car Buying Experience Ever I recently purchased a 2017 Acura MDX from Precision Acura. Having leased every vehicle in our family for more years than I can count, I have had the I recently purchased a 2017 Acura MDX from Precision Acura. Having leased every vehicle in our family for more years than I can count, I have had the unfortunate experience of witnessing what greed and poor customer service look like in far too many dealerships across New Jersey. The experience I just had at Precision Acura could not have been further from those past encounters and I would argue, couldn’t have been any better. Not only were they reasonable on price, but everyone I came in contact with was courteous and made me feel part of the family. I didn’t ever feel pressure; I certainly understood that they were eager to sell me a car, this is a business after all, right? But I never felt that their eagerness would be at the expense of my satisfaction. Eric and I exchanged a few emails to arrive at a satisfactory price and I was placed in the care of Raj. What I love most about both of these gentleman is that they were very respectful of my time. As a working father of two young children, I don’t have hours to spend sitting in a car dealership. They worked everything out with me at my convenience over email and secured the car I wanted. Once that was done, they set an appointment for me to come in prior to the weekend rush, and to my complete surprise, the car was pulled up to the door and ready to go when I walked in. I signed a few papers and was handed the keys. I couldn’t believe how flawless and fast the entire process was. I asked them to respect my time, and they not only complied, they exceeded my expectations. Now that I’ve seen what true customer service is, I’ll never accept anything less. I won’t ever spend an entire Saturday sitting in a dealership while prices are approved by ‘the manager’ or wait while ‘the credit check is being processed’ for what seems like an hour or wait again while the car is 'located and prepped for yet another 2 hours.’ I only wish Precision Acura sold more brands so I could ensure that I would never have to go to another dealership for anyone in my family. Thank you to Eric and Raj for a reasonable price but most importantly for an amazing experience. As long as Acura is on our shopping list, you’ll have my business and the business of anyone else who asks my opinion. More
Great car buying experience :) I saw my (now) car online and went in on Saturday to see it in person. I was warmly greeted by Alex Denis (on here it says he is an internet salesman, I saw my (now) car online and went in on Saturday to see it in person. I was warmly greeted by Alex Denis (on here it says he is an internet salesman, though he is actually the first desk on your right when you walk in the front door), and he showed me the car I had previously seen online. After discussing what I felt I was missing in the car, Alex (having excellent knowledge of Precision's inventory) showed me other cars within my price range without hesitation. I ended up going with my original choice, as the price I was given for the mileage/year/etc. I could not pass up. Both Alex and Herin Joshi (finance) were extremely helpful in getting me an unbeatable interest rate and answered my financial questions honestly, which made me very comfortable with my first car buying experience. My mother warned me of the additional (sometimes unnecessary) charges car dealerships will sometimes try and hit with you, but Herin presented my options in an approachable and realistic manner which I greatly appreciated. Overall, I am more than satisfied with my experience at Precision thanks to the wonderful staff :) More

Good buying experience I had a good buying experience for my new Acura TLX. People in the dealership are courteous and not pushy and we had a good experience going thru who I had a good buying experience for my new Acura TLX. The place to go for Acura I dealt with two sales people that did not wasted my time. I left feeling I got a very competitive great price.
