Best Car Buying Experience Possible I couldn't have asked for a better car buying experience. DJ was awesome. He was friendly, informative, and not pushy. He spent two days with me going over different options and price ranges, and even took me to the warehouse to find the car I eventually selected. He even offered to come in on his day off! He didn't try to up-sell me on a model or features I didn't need, which is rare from my experience. He cared more about what I was looking for than the commission he would make off the sale. Herin in the finance department was just as good. Broke down all the numbers for me. No hidden charges or fees right before I signed. He was very informative about the additional coverage options I could get, and what would work best for me. Finally, Charlie was there throughout the entire process. He and DJ worked out the best price they could offer, and made me feel comfortable with my investment. He also was not pushy or aggressive, like the other managers that I had visited in the same week, and let the name and reputation over their dealership speak for itself. Even the other employees who I was not working with were friendly, and you could tell they have a great team based on their interactions. I was so glad I drove the 20 miles to the family owned Precision Acura. I highly recommend them for your next purchase or lease. More

So far, he has never been wrong. There's a lot I know don't about cars and even though sometimes I feel embarrassed asking, Herin never makes me feel ridiculous or stupid when I ask, He takes the time to explain, and sometimes to show me, whatever it is I need to know. Herin also worked out my deal for me to lease the car and I am very happy with it. I have never once felt that anyone at Precision Acura has tried to take advantage of me. More
