Brought my 2017 Acura TLX in for recall. Recall required them to drain oil at no charge to me to replace. Asked them to change filter and they said all I needed to pay for was the filter. Recall required them to drain oil at no charge to me to replace. Asked them to change filter and they said all I needed to pay for was the filter. When I picked up the car, they charged $20.00 labor to replace filter. Argued and had it reluctantly removed. Acura did their multi-point inspection. Took tires off to inspect brakes, but still charged $60 for tire rotation even though the tires were already removed for inspection. I was informed that I needed brakes and brake fluid flush that would total around $850 and they would only reduce for the 10% coupon on their website. I had it done elsewhere for $500+tax. I don't like the extreme overcharging and unnecessary charges for minor services when most of the effort was conducted already. More
