Eric Sebar (General Sales Manager), Gus Chalak (Sales Consultant), and Mike Fazio (Finance Director) were extremely responsive to my requests, considerate of my needs, forthcoming with pricing and pre-owned car's condition, and treated me like the educated car consumer and loyal sales and service customer that I believe I am. This is one of the few dealerships at which I look for excuses to bring my car for service (Mike Mealey is my Service Advisor...also always responsive and provides excellent service...highly recommended) and come look at and purchase cars because the people here simply make me feel valued and I always leave with confidence that my needs are met and that they have my back when it comes to an excellent Acura ownership experience.
