I am writing this review out of sheer frustration and disappointment with my recent experience at this dealership, which stands in stark contrast to the exceptional service I have received over the past disappointment with my recent experience at this dealership, which stands in stark contrast to the exceptional service I have received over the past 15 years as a loyal customer. Having purchased seven Acura vehicles from this dealership, I expected a seamless and respectful process when I returned to turn in my lease and lease a similar vehicle. Unfortunately, this time was drastically different. I was shocked to find that they wanted to charge me double the monthly amount for my new lease compared to what I had been paying. This was not just a minor increase; it felt like a blatant attempt to take advantage of a long-standing customer. To make matters worse, I was persuaded into considering a certified pre-owned car, but the sales tactics employed felt deceitful and reminiscent of second-hand car sales strategies that I thought I had left behind. It was disheartening to see the dealership prioritize profit over customer loyalty and satisfaction. What was supposed to be a straightforward process turned into a grueling 5.5-hour ordeal. Just last September, I had a much more pleasant experience at the same dealership, where I was able to lease a car in just 45 minutes, and they even delivered the vehicle to my office. The stark difference in service quality this time around is unacceptable. As a long-term customer, I am seriously reconsidering my relationship with this dealership, even for routine service. It’s disheartening to feel undervalued after years of loyalty. I hope that the management will take this feedback seriously and work to improve their customer experience, but as of now, I cannot recommend this dealership based on my latest experience. More

He made me to believe that he could take back a lease with a few months left to go and when, after leasing another car, told me he cannot take. It had the nerve to yell at me. He was holding a check to put a reserve on the car, was another sure if I wanted it. He said he would hold it until Monday, and did not. He deposited it immediately before I made a decision, FInally I t old him what I wanted to put down on the lease, he agreed, and a then when I went to complete the deal he changed the amount on me. When I told hte manager about this he simply looked at me and said he wasn’t there to witness anything. Needless to say I will never go back there and am telling anyone who asks to not go back.
