I was recommended to Acura through family, and the service was top notch from managment to sales. The customer service was excellent, very knowledgable, and most importantly to me- never pushy. Everyone i dealt with was very friendly and i appreciate that they have kept intouch with me and care about my experience post sale. The price was perfect, and my sales rep was always available with an anwser for me. I certainly would go back and recomend anyone. More

I have dealt with few car salesmen before, so I was expecting a lengthy sales talk and pressure to purchase a car. However, I was pleasantly surprised when I met Gus, at Precision Acura. He was professional and friendly at the same time. He was helpful and worked with me for options of various Acura models and also comparison of leasing new car against buying used car. He tirelessly explained to me all Navigation & Voice recognition features my Acura TL had, in great details. He also worked with me on trading by old car with dealership and followed up on performance of my Acura TL after sales. I have done couple of car servicing at this dealership and I am very satisfied with responses and courtesy provided at time of services to me. Overall, I am satisfied with my purchase at this dealer and recommend to anyone who is interested in buying great car like Acura. More
Gus was very helpful and friendly in assisting me with the purchase of a used vehicle. At first, I purchased a Cadillac (3 years old, 25,000 miles) for which at the time, seemed to be an exceptionally lo the purchase of a used vehicle. At first, I purchased a Cadillac (3 years old, 25,000 miles) for which at the time, seemed to be an exceptionally low price: within 3 days the check engine light was on, gas guage broken amongst other problems. Obviously, I went right back to the dealer and wanted another acceptable vehicle or my money back. They offered to fix under factory warranty,but I didn't buy a car to sit in the shop. Gus and Frank were very helpful in finding an awesome RL that fit my budget. At first, I was told that Precision would not purchase the Caddy back at what I paid.. which I had a major problem with considering I drove it for 3 days with all of these problems. A vehicle sold at a "reputable dealer" should me inspected before delivery to a client. Especially when you are buying a car in that price range... it's not like I'm buying a used Chevy. I find it hard to believe the check engine light, gas guage, blinker/fog light problem all stopped working within the 3 days I drive the vehcile. Eventually, they did buy it back for the purchase price... I believe that this was out of Gus' control as he was only doing what his manager told him. However, Gus did everything in his power to assist me with the purchase of a quality Acura that was certified. He was very knowledgable and honest about everything. He was not pushy nor did he have an attitude. I appreciate all of Gus' help with returning the defective Caddy and purchasing the RL. PS: you will be told that certified pre-owned means the vehcile was not in an accident with any body panels replaced: this if FALSE: they can replace the panels as long as it is a Honda Genuine replacement panel. Look for the VIN sticker on all panels... if there is one with an "H" for Honda: it was in an accident and replaced with a Honda part. This can still be certified. I saw a vehicle like this that I would not purchase. More

Great experience! First visited Precision Acura to just brouse what they had to offer. No pressure was applied and the person who helped me, Gus Combas, was very friendly and helpful with any questions I brouse what they had to offer. I did some additional shopping around, and after visiting other manufacturer's dealerships and another Acura dealer, came back to Precision Acura to see what they could do. Gus was very easy to work with and gave me an excellent offer. Plus, they gave me full bluebook for my tradein. Other dealerships would not. I would highly recommend others to Precision Acura and I look foward to having my vehicle serviced there. My only suggestion would be to have the options discussed during the financing phase to be presented prior to the actual sale. I was not able to completly understand what they were offering, so I declined all the offers. I would have prefered to understand the specific offers prior to my decision making. More

As it was. Precision Acura is equipped with the ability to communicate effectively and has numerous staff that make you feel quite comfortable. I purchased a new MDX and let me add that I love it. The salesmen were complete and thorough. The MDX is everything I hoped it would be and more. The location of the store is easy to find and I have friends that have traveled 40+ miles just to repeat my wonderful experience. I would highly recommend this dealership to all with high expectations and true precision detail. More
They don't follow the spirit of online quotes. I requested a quote and all they told me was to call them. I then Eamiled them other offers received from other dealers and they challenged them. I never received a quote from them and ended up purchasing my MDX at another dealer 30 miles away when Precision is in my backyard. Worse dealer I ever dealt with and I purchase a car every 3 years. to sum it up the used car manager is a liar,the used cars are all painted up and dented up.He lied to my face stating the car I was looking at was a nice car,a rare car,and went through the shop and, needed are all painted up and dented up.He lied to my face stating the car I was looking at was a nice car,a rare car,and went through the shop and, needed nothing.Well he lied I couldn't buy the car that day because the honest salesmen informed me the car still needed front and,rear brakes,and a timing belt.Mind you this was a acura certified car and on the front line.Anyway the next week I bought the car because I needed the car,but just beware of the used car manager I think he should just retire. The guy Mike was awesome. Im a college student and my budget isnt that huge. He was really upfront about everything and he let me know my options and he was great at telling me everything I needed to kno budget isnt that huge. One of the best places I've been to and I've been to a couple places looking for something decent that I can maintain in my budget. Felt good going there and even better leaving knowing there was something affordable out there for me. It's definitely a great place to go especially if youre a first time buyer. More
