Excellent salesman, Michael Vozza, not pushy, very nice. My 12 year old son waited comfortably in the service waiting area where he watched TV, played on the computer and enjoyed a snack. The general sales My 12 year old son waited comfortably in the service waiting area where he watched TV, played on the computer and enjoyed a snack. The general sales manager, Tom Gorttano, was very helpful and gave us a good price on a new MDX sport model, and a good price on our trade-in. This is the second MDX we purchased from Precision Acura, 7 years to the day of our first MDX purchase. When we went to pick up the car, everything was ready for us and the workings of the car were explained in a clear concise manner. We were told to call with any questions, at any time.I had my 2002 MDX serviced exclusively at Precision Acura, and in 7 years, never had any problems with the car or the service department. I highly recommend this dealership and look forward to a long happy relationship! More

Recently, I purchased my 5th Acura from Jim Swett. Need I say more about Precision Acura and Jim! I have always found him to be knowledgeable and fair in his dealings with me. His understanding and patience say more about Precision Acura and Jim! I have always found him to be knowledgeable and fair in his dealings with me. His understanding and patience made my 5 purchases of Acuras pleasant and painless. Prices were in line with other dealers and extras were suggested but never pushed. All in all, based upon my experience in dealing with Jim, I would recommend always asking for him at Precision Acura when purchasing an Acura. I might add that my dealings Rodney in the service department over the years have been outstanding, very professional with the offer of a complementary loaner if I could not wait and always a car wash when the work was completed at the promised time. Precision Acura was very rude and disrespectful. Reneged on a three day old price because their inventory levels went down. xxx does that mean? Ended up buying from Davis Acura in langhorn, PA. They were v on a three day old price because their inventory levels went down. xxx does that mean? Ended up buying from Davis Acura in langhorn, PA. They were very honest, professional and worked hard to make me a good deal. The new TL w/ tech is great. More
I have visted the Precision Acura dealership several times and interacted to my delight with Tom, the internet sales manager. However, this is the only good experience that I've had with this dealership times and interacted to my delight with Tom, the internet sales manager. However, this is the only good experience that I've had with this dealership. On my first test driving experience, my wife and I met with Otto, a new salesman to the dealership. Once we finished the average test drive, we proceeded to discuss the price. After sharing with him him what we were looking for in the price, he in no uncertain terms let us know that we were at the "wrong dealership." My original offer reflected a near average of what NADA, Edmunds.com and Kelly Blue Book suggested as retail price. I was not asking for anything outrageous. Having thick skin, I decided to visit the dealership again a week or so later. After finding a nice MDX and communicating with Tom again, I agreed to take this for a test drive. We met with Eric, who seemed put off that he had to help someone. Thinking little of his pompous attitude, we drove the car and agreed to discuss the price further. Sitting at his desk I mentioned the price that Tom had emailed me earlier and gave the email chain to Eric. I offered a price that was lower, as any well-informed buyer would. He promptly told me no. I suggested that we meet in the middle. Again my offer was in line with recommended internet pricing. We discussed this furhter and Eric said that he would check with his sales manager, Mike Sullivan. Mike shook our hands, and we again submitted our offer. He told us that the car was priced low to bring people in and that there was no room for any additional flexibility. I told him that I understand there's a bottom line but explained that I would be paying mostly in cash, that my financing was ready to go, and that we'd be ready to sign a deal immediately. He bruskly responded that this car was priced for the "bottom feeders," making it clear that we were stupid for wanting to negotiate a slightly lower price. We left completely offended. Mind you that I could pay cash for nearly any car on the lot if I wanted. I'm a well informed consumer, and because I understand finance and maintain a budget, I have set a limit to what I will spend on a car. I found their demeanor and tone insulting, and my wife is still upset about how she was treated. I'm still going to purchase a car, but you can be confident that I will not be spending any of my money at this dealership. More
Acura as a Fuc*ing brand BLOWS...their service department is good, but doesnt realize that an on going problem shouldn't take more then 4 visits to fix. Sales on the other hand are stuck up SOB's aside from is good, but doesnt realize that an on going problem shouldn't take more then 4 visits to fix. Sales on the other hand are stuck up SOB's aside from Gus who's always been very sincere when I'm there. Drew the VP is a nice guy who's usually behind the scenes. Frank Spalluto comes across as a jacka55 who thinks he knows everything. Ronnie Dubow on the other hand is very rude in his tone of voice and disrespectful when I've encountered him and has at some points made me want to put him in his place. The only thing they got going for them is some how managing good ratings from Acura but other then that, complete waste of time dealing with these guys, save yourself the trouble and buy a TRUE luxury car with BMW Lexus or Mercedes and not deal with bullshi* headaches from Acura as a whole let alone the dealerships More
After pricing the vehicle I wanted from 3 different dealers, I found that Precision ACURA was the most considerate and pleasant when quoting me a price. Once we agreed on a price for the vehicle, the r dealers, I found that Precision ACURA was the most considerate and pleasant when quoting me a price. Once we agreed on a price for the vehicle, the remainder of the transaction was the best experience I ever had. I was in and out of the dealer in 1 hour and they followed up with a phone call two days later to make sure everything was Ok. I would recommend this dealer to anyone who is in the market for a ACURA More
These folks really understand customer service, and how to be honest in business. Debro and his sales and admin people are helpful, responsive and professional. They had the best Acura car descriptions and inventory that I found on the Net, they responded quickly when I inquired, responsive and professional. They had the best Acura car descriptions and inventory that I found on the Net, they responded quickly when I inquired, the had the best prices on Acura Certified used cars, and they went out of their way to help with financing and extended warranty coverage. When I drove in to pick up the car, the car and the paperwork were ready and the car was in great shape. Just as described. In the weeks after the sale, when a couple of minor issues with the car popped up, they resolved them in a professional and fair manner. Overall, very positive experience! More
This is the fourth time I have purchased a new car over the internet. This time I needed to do it for my mother who lives in New Jersey. I live in California. From the first interaction, they were extr the internet. This time I needed to do it for my mother who lives in New Jersey. I live in California. From the first interaction, they were extremely professional, friendly and bent over backwards to assist me and more imprtantly my mother, age 76. I set up an appointment for my mother to test drive the car. At her age, this can be a very intimidating process. They were great! They showed her the features that were relvant to her and did not overwhelm her with stuff she would never use. They took her for a test drive and never tried to pressure her about the sale. They followed my request. From what I could determine, I got the BEST PRICE! Equally if not more importantly, I know that she will be well taken care of whenever she has a problem or needs assistance. I filled out the paperwork via fax in CA and flew in for an already scheduled visit. We went to the dealer and picked up the car and drvoe off wihtin an hour or so. It was a terrific experience - I highly recommend that anyone in the greater Princeton/Trenton area consider buying a car from them! Gus was great to deal with. More
