Dear Ms. Tarzy, My name is Mitchell Brenner, the e-Commerce manager at Precision Acura. I understand the frustration and anger you're feeling in regards to your purchase. It was not, and never will be, Precision Acura's intent to mislead our very important customers. It is unfortunate that in your case the vehicle in the color you wanted was not in stock and we had a hard time locating one. I understand you were offered available vehicles in different colors and you turned them down which is, of course, your right. It is also unfortunate that on July 7th, Acura did not renew the $2500 incentive on a 2009 RDX that expired on July 6th. We never anticipated that and certainly, if we had, would have made it clear with you that you would either need to change your color choice or risk losing out on a $2500 incentive that was figured as part of our price.
