My experience at Precision was absolutely outstanding. I highly recommend this dealer. I was close to giving up on my goal of buying a new Acura TL. Much different experience than we were used to with other Acura dealerships (specifically Acura of Ocean, NJ) where we had previously purchased a 2009 TSX. Tom and Mark were extremely helpful and did not st Acura dealerships (specifically Acura of Ocean, NJ) where we had previously purchased a 2009 TSX. Tom and Mark were extremely helpful and did not stop until we were happy with the deal. Not only did they make us feel like they cared but they went out of their way to make the deal happen. Mark was very personable and helpful each step of the way. We have already recommended the dealership to friends and have shared our great experience with our family. We really appreciated the service and courtesy given to us during the transaction. We are absolutely thrilled with the car and will bring it to Princeton Acura for all the maintenance. I have been a client of Precision Acura since 1994 when I purchased the 1995 Acura Legend Special Edition. I truly loved that car and was plesantly surprised not only by the sales staff and their follow thr purchased the 1995 Acura Legend Special Edition. I truly loved that car and was plesantly surprised not only by the sales staff and their follow through, but also by the service department and the parts department. Since that time, I have purchased or leased five more Acuras(an RL, TL,and now my third MDX). I feel there is stabiity in the Sales, Service and Parts Departments and I have dealt with the same people for almost 16 years. As a customer, it gives me confidence and security in the dealership and the products they sell and service. More

We had already reduced our new car choices to a limited list, but to appease our son who is an Acura fan, and more specifically a Precision Acura of Princeton advocate, we agreed to look at the Acura TL. I have to first state that I do not look forward to the buying or leasing experience, which I go through every 3 years for my own car and fortunately less for my wife's. However, working with Ronnie DuBow and Precision Acura of Princeton was a new and pleasurable experience. This car is to be driven 95% by my wife and all of her questions, no matter how minor or major were answered. It was also important for her to know that she could fit her mother's wheelchair in the trunk, so Ronnie drove with us to the house to test it out. All along there was no pressure to make a sale. All they asked was an opportunity to give us a price; fair enough. That's why they're there and why I was also, but there was no "what do you want to pay?" like most dealers ask. Duh, nothing. The price was more than fair, and we even upgraded - no pressure again - my idea since the pricing was so good. Bottom line, Ronnie's an excellent salesman because he sold without selling and made our experience an enjoyable one; Precision Acrua of Princeton is a no pressure place to do business, and I'd recommned this dealership to anyone and thank our son for steering us there. Precision Acura of Princeton is a wonderful dealership. By far the best in the area. I even drive an hour out of my way to get there, even though I have another dealership 10 minutes from my home. I have been going there for 5 years for service and have had a pleasant experience each time. I did not even purchase my car there, but have never had a problem getting loaner cars, and they even fixed an issue with my new-to-me CPO TSX when I found a problem soon after purchase. As a young woman, it can be difficult finding a dealership you can trust, because sometimes they take advantage or treat you differently, but not Precision Acura. In addition, the employees in the service department are very friendly and helpful. The building is very clean and the waiting area is very comfortable, with large black leather chairs, a tv, free refreshments, and free internet with a computer to use. Call me crazy, but I am actually quite anxious about finding a new dealer when I move to NY. I trust Precision to be fair, honest, and do the job properly; that can't be said for all dealerships. Trust and loyalty are big. I love my car and will likely purchase another Acura in the future, partly because of this dealership and the service I have received there. Props to everyone there. More
