We have been loyal Saab owners for years and decided it was time to change with the possibility of the brand going away. After much research we decided to try Acura. Specifically a 2003 Acura TL. The 2003 was time to change with the possibility of the brand going away. After much research we decided to try Acura. Specifically a 2003 Acura TL. The 2003 had more headroom than the next generation TL in the back seat for our 6 foot son. We traveled over an hour to Precision Acura to look at one with only 53K miles, very low for a 2003. The car was in nice condition but over priced according to KBB and NADA. We were told that the car had been well checked over,in perfect condition and received a 150 point check. We paid the higher price thinking the dealer would stand behind what they were selling. We were wrong. Just over 2 months and 2K miles later we started to experience transmission problems. I contacted their service department and was told to bring it in to the closest Acura dealership to my home which is Piazza of West Chester. They told us it needed a new transmission at a cost of $4800. They were able to talk to Acura and have the price reduced to $1900. After further examining the car they also found a broken motor mount and a blown rear strut. Apparently not items in the 150 Point check done at Precision Acura. Total cost to us over $3000 for a car Precision Acura already overcharged us for. I coincidentily received a email from our sales person Otto Crombet the same day we received this bad news, asking how much we enjoyed our experience with Precision Acura and asking if there was anything he could do to have made it any better. I explained what happened and we never got a response back. Through research on the internet we have learned that this transmission is a known issue for Acura. I received a call from Alex Hilgetag the Used Car manager telling us there was nothing he would do for us and accused Piazza Acura of West Chester of trying to get more work out of us. The car was clearly never properly checked out by Precision Acura's service department. I will never do buisness with Precision Acura again and be sure to tell all of our disappointing experience. This is the third car I've leased from this dealer. Somehow they arrange each new lease so that it costs me very little more than the last one. I leased my first car from them because the Acura dealer I originally went to had no cars of that model for me to test drive. I asked them to let me know when they had one, and they never contacted me. But I went directly from them to Precision Acura, and they had a car to test drive; in fact, they urge you to test drive, even if you are buying a later model of a car you already have. I love their maintenance dept.; they treat me like I was the president of Honda Motors. Their waiting area has wifi, internet ports, Starbucks coffee machines, comfortable couches and widescreen TV -- if you choose to wait and not take a loaner vehicle. More

We have been loyal Acura customers since 1990 when we purchased our Acura of Princeton when we recently purchased our 2009 Certified Pre-Owned RDX. We have been loyal Acura customers since 1990 when we purchased our first Legend, and Precision Acura has serviced all our Acuras since 1999. Jim also helped us when we purchased our 2004 TL about 6 years ago. This time, when we were looking for another car, we visited many other dealerships in the area – BMW, Toyota, Hyundai – but we always came back to Precision because of our great experiences over the years with Jim and with the service department, and, of course the Acura brand. The sales process was smooth and efficient. Jim knows the Acuras well, and he thoroughly explained all the cars controls and options. We would highly recommend this dealership, and particularly Jim, to friends and family. More
I bought a used but not certified 2006 Acura MDX. The salesperson, Mike Vozza, was very pleasant and professional, and was patient in showing me the car. Mr. Vozza also went out of his way to help me with the bluetooth feature of the car. I was very pleased with the purchase experience and with the car. I would not hesitate to recommend this dealership. More
