I bought my second Acura from Precision Acura of Princeton. The first Acura was a 2004 ACURA TL, and the second one was a 2010 Acura - SH-AWD. It is an excellent dealership and has a great service team. I have been dealing with Steve (Stephen Scheckler) in the service department since 2003. Not only is he extremely knowledgeable, but he has a great disposition and does everything possible to ensure that my needs were met and that the car was always in great shape. It has always been a pleasure to deal with Steve. Even on those occasions when Steve was not there, the service team always took good care of me. This was a compelling reason for me to buy my second Acura from Precision. Coming to the sales experience that I had buying my new Acura, I cannot say enough about what a great experience I had dealing with Jim Swett. When we went for a test drive, he took a lot of time explaining me the functions and features of the new TL. He was extremely patient and he gave me a lot of space. His follow through was excellent and he was an absolute pleasure to deal with. I would be remiss if I did not mention that I got a very good deal from them, but equally important was the overall experience dealing with them. It was a "10". Also the sales manager followed up to ensure that my needs were being met (they weren't pushy), but this was never an issue since Jim did an excellent job. They have a great team, from service to sales and I would strongly recommend that if you are in the market for a new Acura, give Jim a call at 609 895 0600, and you won't be disappointed. More

Very nice experience. I got the final price in matter of minutes. The price was very competitive and there was no games in terms of what is available or not. They were upfront about how much time each step of the process would take and willing to go above and beyond, going as far as hooking up the blue tooth in the car. They were thorough and gave great attention to detail. On one of the hottest days of the year, they remained pleasant, brought us cold water and maintained a sense of humor. I am always very impressed by Jim's professionalism mixed with such caring and kindness. He goes above and beyond! Jim took a lot of time to explain all the features of my 2010 RDX and even helped me setup some of the personal touches. When I drove off the lot, I felt very comfortable with the car and all the fabulous features. Whenever I walk into Precision Acura, I know that I will receive the best care and attention. This goes from the sales team to the service team! I only have the highest praise for Jim Swett and Precision Acura! I am so satisfied with Jim and the dealership that for the first time in over 25 years my father is switching from Mercedes to Acura. More

The sales person was very friendly and did not pressure me on buying .Went over the features very well .Only thing I did not like was the new car had 100 mines on it and I as not told until I was signing t me on buying .Went over the features very well .Only thing I did not like was the new car had 100 mines on it and I as not told until I was signing the contract and I had to go home with 100 miles on the car and no discount for the mistake they made.Not good on the dealer's part.
