I was over lease milage by a long shot and was not sure if something could be worked out on a trade for a used car. He is very knowledgeabe and did a great job of steering us to the right model and right features. The economics of the deal were good....especially given that our old car had a lot of miles. Finally, the whole closing process was timely and efficient. As a result, we remain very satisfied customers. More
