I was over lease milage by a long shot and was not sure if something could be worked out on a trade for a used car. He is very knowledgeabe and did a great job of steering us to the right model and right features. The economics of the deal were good....especially given that our old car had a lot of miles. We were coming to the end of our lease on an Acura TL (which was leased through Precision Acura). We were very happy with that car and with the service we received so we didn't hesitate to return to Prec (which was leased through Precision Acura). From our first contact with Mr. Sweet, he was professional and friendly. We were very interested in an RDX, but were still considering another vehicle. Jim's knowledge of the product and his enthusiasm in showing it us were very positive factors in or decision. After deciding we wanted the RDX, Jim worked with us through the (always) stressful task of negotiating the price. It turned out well in the end; we believe we paid a very fair price for the car. Jim has followed up with us several times since we took delivery to make sure everything was great. My husband and I both love driving the car and are very pleased with the "RDX experience" so far!
