I live in Dutchess county New York.I was in the market for a used Acura RDX.I did all my research.Searched many vehicles online,and went to many dealerships.I knew exactly what options I was looking for a for a used Acura RDX.I did all my research.Searched many vehicles online,and went to many dealerships.I knew exactly what options I was looking for a I knew what was a good price.I have seen many dealerships way inflating there prices on this particular vehicle.I searched on some well known online sites, and found five dealerships that were in the ballpark figures for my RDX.I sent out some emails explaning the car I am looking for, and the terms I am looking to get it for.I got answers propmtly from all dealers contacted.I even test drove an Acura with different options than what I wanted.I was trying to find a dealer closer to me but I couldnt get them to meet me on the price and the options I wanted.I sent Acura of princton an email explaning this and mentioning that they had the benefit of time because they had the optioned,and color RDX I was looking for in stock.I sent them a very specific price and auto loan figures that I wanted wich was definetly below 95% of dealers in driving distance.Acura of Princeton contacted me and excepted my offer.I figured now I would go test drive and start the process of finding where they were going to change my figures.I have had some life changing experiences buying vehicles from dealers in the past,and learned alot from it.I will never make the mistake of getting fooled by a dealer and not getting the right price,or vehicle for my purchase.Once I arrived I was promtly intraduced to Curt Gittleman who was assigned to take care of my excepted offer.He treated my wife and I very well.Made us feel very comfortable with him and the whole buying experience.He stuck to the exact numbers I emailed the dealer,and didnt overly push any unwanted warranties to raise the price.He treated us with respect and is truly an honest,and good guy.I think he is a huge asset to that dealership,because you dont find too many of these kinda people in the kinda buisness like selling cars.I am a car hobbiest and Curt gave me the time and space to really go over this RDX with a fine tooth comb.He really went out of his way to meet my requests to look this car over for any possible unwanted repairs.This Rdx was certified and in excellent condition.Even After having the car home and going through it,I can see the certified techs did an excellent job with this car and honestly put an A-1 CERTIFIED car out there.I would definetly recommend buying a certified used car from this dealership and Curt again. More
We are "return" customers to Princeton Acura. In 1994, we purchased a Legend which we still drive after 16 years. Our Acura MDX is a dream to drive and we had another excellent experience at Princeton Acura in October. Mr. Ronnie DuBow was extremely knowledgeable about the MDX and he took the time to sit with us each time we returned with more questions, test drives, and additional information on available options. Even after taking possession of the vehicle, Ronnie continues to keep in touch and make himself available to answer questions that pop up in reference to our new luxury MDX. It is obvious that Ronnie cares about each of his customers and we came away feeling like we made a new friend. Several family members are interested in Acura models and we feel confident that they will receive the same excellent, personal, and dedicated service that we experienced at Princeton Acura with Mr. DuBow. When our lease on the new Acura MDX is up in three years, we hope to work with Mr. DuBow again at the Princeton Acura Dealership. More
I have bought new cars before, never a used one so I'm wasn't sure if I should have expected full service. But after talking to other people I realized I was shortchanged in my experience at Precision Ac wasn't sure if I should have expected full service. But after talking to other people I realized I was shortchanged in my experience at Precision Acura. From the very first contact, my salesman displayed no enthusiam for making a sale. I test drove two used TLs and he barely said a word during the rides. Luckily for the dealership, one of the cars was the exact color combo with low miles that I was looking for. Still, because of the salesman, I did not buy that night. The next day I visited several other Acura dealers, but could not find the color/miles I wanted. I went back to Precision that night and bought the car from the unfriendly salesman. There was no conversation, no small talk, no personality on his part while he prepared the paperwork. At the end, the dealership was closing, so I assumed that's was the reason he didn't show me how to operate the contols on the car. The next day I had to come back to bring the title to my trade-in, giving him another chance to offer to show me some of the controls. He did not offer, he did not shake my hand, he did not even ask if I was enjoying the car. It was very strange. Last weekend, I took my son to Davis Acura, where he bought a used TL from a really nice salesman, who showed us how a salesman, who stands to earn significant commission off of your purchase, should treat you. It's stressful enough making such a big decision, who needs games and bad attitudes? Ronnie was very helpful and courteous throughout the process, and had a great attitude. I highly recommend this dealership for both sales and service. I serviced my TSX here for about 6 years before buying my RDX. It's very nice to have good experiences on both ends, and it speaks volumes when I can trust I will be taken care of after the sale. Too many dealers are shady, but this is a good one. I hope to be back some day in the future for another car. In the meantime, I'll make the drive from NY when I can for service. It's quite a trip, but worth it. Thanks again everyone, including Brian in the service department! Loved my TSX, will love my RDX, too. More
I bought my first Acura this month (a 2010 TL SH-AWD with tech package)and can honestly say that the best part of my day is now the commute to and from work (100 miles daily). Jim Swett provided the most courteous and helpful sales service I have ever experienced in a car dealership. He obviously loves the cars he sells and speaks with knowledge and with a quiet enthusiasm of the sophisticated engineering, advanced technology, and sporty performance the TL provides. He worked beyond office hours, even days after the sale, to help me develop a greater comfort level with the car. I drove away feeling like a million dollars and feeling very smart for making my decision to purchase a car through Precision Acura. Thanks guys!!! More

I visited the dealership after initially determining that the Acura MDX, Honda Pilot, or Hyundai Sante Fe would fit my needs. Sam spent a great deal of time and presented the various used models of the Acura MDX that were available with the different options. There was no pressure to "close a deal" and the information presented was straightforward. Unfortunately, upon further investigation with a neighbor's MDX (also purchased at Precision) it was determined that the 3rd row was not large enough to accommodate my family. In subsequent conversations with Sam, I informed him of my decision to look at the Honda Pilot. He most graciously understood. But as luck would have it, a Pilot became available at your dealership, and we purchased one from Sam. We were extremely happy working with him (and Sami). We would definitely buy again from him! More

In particular, Curt Gittleman was extremely courteous, knowledgeable,and seemed to really believe in the product that he has been selling. One of the reasons that I will stay with Acura, besides enjoying such a fabulous automobile, is the convenience with scheduled maintenance appointments and the friendly people who work for Acura. Curt in particular, made my day go smoothly with every detail. Even when I came back to pick the car up, he had everything and everyone ready for me so that I could leave early. He even came in early because he knew my schedule was so busy that day. He is truly an asset to your dealership! In this day and age time is so important. Acura has an excellent company philosophy about relating to their customers in a positive way. It is also a good company rule that they keep with appointments in a timely manner. I do not dread my scheduled maintance appointments because I know that I will be back home shortly. The fresh coffee and access to the computer are helpful as are the friendly employees. People generally notice all of this and choose a car dealership based these small details. Making things easy for people is one. Human relations is one also. People like to be treated well and I certainly have been. Thanks again and I do hope that I will have Curt the next time, he exceeded my expectations. Tom was very nice also and so was Mitchell.
