It was a very pleasant experience working with the team at Precision. Sammy was well able to provide the necessary attention and also worked very well to finalize a deal. This was the first time, when I at Precision. Sammy was well able to provide the necessary attention and also worked very well to finalize a deal. This was the first time, when I had to spend less than 30 minutes in completing a car deal and also was able to complete the paperwork in another 30 minutes. Thus was out buying the car in an hour. Sammy was available for support and went out of the way to please us. I will strongly recommend Sammy and Precision Acura if you are in the market for a car. More

I am a long time Acura driver (TL), but I was considering changing. My wife and I looked at comparable models, and we had made our choice. But before making our final selection, we stopped in at Princeton changing. My wife and I looked at comparable models, and we had made our choice. But before making our final selection, we stopped in at Princeton Acura. Our sales person was very knowledgable about other makes and models, and he agreed that our "other" choice was a good one. But, we decided to take a test ride in a 2009 RL. Short story shorter, we changed our mind. The Acura RL was exactly what we were looking for and we bought it on the spot. Sivakumar Halan was very helpful with all the details, particularly helpful on our trade. The finance person was professional and thorough. No problem!! More
Our sales consultant (Sam Nussbaum) was very professional, courteous, informed and at the same time very friendly. It was very comfortable to deal with him and probably the primary reason why we professional, courteous, informed and at the same time very friendly. It was very comfortable to deal with him and probably the primary reason why we went back after our initial test drive to make the deal. We thought that the price was reasonably although we had obtained a slightly lower price from Costco at a dealership that was slightly farther away. This dealership was not able t match the price and was ready to let us go. It was the relationship we developed with Sam during our first visit (we test drove two different vehicles that day) and subsequent phone conversations that lead us to purchase from here even though the price was slightly higher. We also traded in two vehicles. We did not think that we got a good price on the trade-in. They made a mistake in reading the odometer. Actual miles were 20,000 miles less than what they read. I noticed it only after signing the papers. Initially we were considering purchasing (cash) but ended up leasing it. The show room was well laid out. The waiting room had good facilities such as good seating, beverages, TV room. We were able to leave the kids there while we were doing business. While Sam was busy one of the managers took us on a test drive on yet another vehicle with different options. One meeting with one of the managers that was not pleasant. He was a bit preachy and abrupt. We were able to overlook it considering rest of the pleasant experience. We would definitely recommend this dealership and specifically recommend Sam. More
When I came first time at Precision Acura in Princeton, I wasn't decided to buy by any means. Actually I have promised myself to be strong and resist temptation. I was definitely wrong. The professional a wasn't decided to buy by any means. Actually I have promised myself to be strong and resist temptation. I was definitely wrong. The professional approach and the kind character of Mr. Sam Nussbaum persuaded me into buying my new Acura. I can say it was a good decision for which I have no regrets. The car is excellent, price was fair and I consider that the service is reliable. I know I can trust the team at Acura Princeton to take care of any problems, should they ever arise. Thank you Sam More

Our 2010 Acura TSX is the 6th Acura that we have leased from Precision Acura. We have always found the dealership personnel to be courteous, straightforward, diligent and helpful in all aspects of our lea from Precision Acura. We have always found the dealership personnel to be courteous, straightforward, diligent and helpful in all aspects of our leasing protocol. It is a sincere compliment to Precision Acura when I state that we are routinely involved with ownership(Drew), management (Tom), sales staff(Jim), finance(Frank), customer service(Terry and Debbie) and service consultants (Steve/Rodney), during the entire duration of our lease. All of these individuals work together to insure a smooth and efficient transaction from inception until lease expiration. You really do experience a family-like atmosphere at Precision Acura and I have recommended Precision to friends and family, without reservation. More
I live in Dutchess county New York.I was in the market for a used Acura RDX.I did all my research.Searched many vehicles online, and went to many dealerships.I knew exactly what options I was looking for a for a used Acura RDX.I did all my research.Searched many vehicles online, and went to many dealerships.I knew exactly what options I was looking for a I knew what was a good price.I have seen many dealerships way inflating there prices on this particular vehicle.I searched on some well known online sites, and found five dealerships that were in the ballpark figures for my RDX.I sent out some emails explaning the car I am looking for, and the terms I am looking to get it for.I got answers propmtly from all dealers contacted.I even test drove an Acura with different options than what I wanted.I was trying to find a dealer closer to me but I couldnt get them to meet me on the price and the options I wanted.I sent Acura of princton an email explaning this and mentioning that they had the benefit of time because they had the optioned, and color RDX I was looking for in stock.I sent them a very specific price and auto loan figures that I wanted wich was definetly below 95% of dealers in driving distance.Acura of Princeton contacted me and excepted my offer.I figured now I would go test drive and start the process of finding where they were going to change my figures.I have had some life changing experiences buying vehicles from dealers in the past, and learned alot from it.I will never make the mistake of getting fooled by a dealer and not getting the right price,or vehicle for my purchase.Once I arrived I was promtly intraduced to Curt Gittleman who was assigned to take care of my excepted offer. He treated my wife and I very well.Made us feel very comfortable with him and the whole buying experience. He stuck to the exact numbers I emailed the dealer, and didnt overly push any unwanted warranties to raise the price. He treated us with respect and is truly an honest, and good guy.I think he is a huge asset to that dealership, because you dont find too many of these kinda people in the kinda buisness like selling cars.I am a car hobbiest and Curt gave me the time and space to really go over this RDX with a fine tooth comb.He really went out of his way to meet my requests to look this car over for any possible unwanted repairs. This Rdx was certified and in excellent condition.Even After having the car home and going through it,I can see the certified techs did an excellent job with this car and honestly put an A-1 CERTIFIED car out there.I would definetly recommend buying a certified used car from this dealership and Curt again. We are "return" customers to Princeton Acura. In 1994, we purchased a Legend which we still drive after 16 years. Our Acura MDX is a dream to drive and we had another excellent experience at Princeton Ac we purchased a Legend which we still drive after 16 years. Our Acura MDX is a dream to drive and we had another excellent experience at Princeton Acura in October. Mr. Ronnie DuBow was extremely knowledgeable about the MDX and he took the time to sit with us each time we returned with more questions, test drives, and additional information on available options. Even after taking possession of the vehicle, Ronnie continues to keep in touch and make himself available to answer questions that pop up in reference to our new luxury MDX. It is obvious that Ronnie cares about each of his customers and we came away feeling like we made a new friend. Several family members are interested in Acura models and we feel confident that they will receive the same excellent, personal, and dedicated service that we experienced at Princeton Acura with Mr. DuBow. When our lease on the new Acura MDX is up in three years, we hope to work with Mr. DuBow again at the Princeton Acura Dealership. More
I have bought new cars before, never a used one so I'm wasn't sure if I should have expected full service. But after talking to other people I realized I was shortchanged in my experience at Precision Ac wasn't sure if I should have expected full service. But after talking to other people I realized I was shortchanged in my experience at Precision Acura. From the very first contact, my salesman displayed no enthusiam for making a sale. I test drove two used TLs and he barely said a word during the rides. Luckily for the dealership, one of the cars was the exact color combo with low miles that I was looking for. Still, because of the salesman, I did not buy that night. The next day I visited several other Acura dealers, but could not find the color/miles I wanted. I went back to Precision that night and bought the car from the unfriendly salesman. There was no conversation, no small talk, no personality on his part while he prepared the paperwork. At the end, the dealership was closing, so I assumed that's was the reason he didn't show me how to operate the contols on the car. The next day I had to come back to bring the title to my trade-in, giving him another chance to offer to show me some of the controls. He did not offer, he did not shake my hand, he did not even ask if I was enjoying the car. It was very strange. Last weekend, I took my son to Davis Acura, where he bought a used TL from a really nice salesman, who showed us how a salesman, who stands to earn significant commission off of your purchase, should treat you.
