This was my second CPO Acura TL purchase at Precision and they continue to impress. Jim Swett was a pleasure to work with on my purchase. Jim made sure every detail of the car was perfect upon delivery. Another reason I would never purchase a vehicle at any other Acura dealer is because of the quality of the service department at Precision. The hours are convenient, I always get a loaner with no hassle, and I feel like they are up front and honest with what needs to be done. For example, in my previous TL I stopped in unannounced on a Saturday because the Check Engine light was on. The service consultant on duty brought out the module, reset the light, explained what was happening, and sent me on my way. At no charge. More

The truly enjoyed the experience of buying my first car on my own after purchasing a 2008 Acura TL Debro made the experience. I too am a salesman for a bank and completely understand where he comes from. Debro was personal and accommodating over the phone. When I first met him, he connected on a personal level; asking all right right questions and opening himself up without telling his whole life story. He made sure everything was set to driving the car to fill it up with gas as I was finalizing the financial paperwork. In addition, he continues to stay current and check in a few weeks out without being annoying. Precision runs a good ship and I would recommend any of my friends to purchase a vehicle there. More

My wife and I were in search of a Certified Preowned (CPO) black on black Acura MDX with less than 30,000 miles and listed at a good price. In our search, we came across Precision Acura. The price listed was very reasonable and the mileage was exactly where I wanted it to be. I called Precision and spoke to Debro Kent. We hit it off immediately because it turns out we both grew up in the same area. When I got to Precision, Debro answered every question that I had. There was no hassle or negotiation needed. The price was right, and there were no exhorbitant fees that most dealers try to add on (like Acura of Manhattan). In addition to that, the finance rate I received was amazing. Before my wife and I left the dealer, Debro took it upon himself to thoroughly walk around the MDX with me. He made sure that the minor scratches were buffed out. He actually got his hands dirty and detailed the car himself. He wore the hats of both salesman and serviceman that day. The car looked as close as you can get to being brand new. Overall, I had a great experience at Precision and I would encourage anyone looking for a CPO Acura to go there and ask for Debro Kent. You won't be disappointed. More

I worked with Ronnie (and Ray Fagin) for several months trying to figure out whether to purchase my leased TL or lease the 2011 or wait for the 2012 TL. It went down to the wire on my 2008 lease and I pull trying to figure out whether to purchase my leased TL or lease the 2011 or wait for the 2012 TL. It went down to the wire on my 2008 lease and I pulled the trigger on the 2011 last week. Ronnie's help was key in me making what was the right decision for me. No buyers remorse. Drove in with 2008 TL and in two hours drove out with 2011. PS This is the fourth TL I have leased from Precision Acura and Ronnie. Sales experience always great and service at Precision also a pleasure. More
