He takes the time to get to know us and makes us feel very comfortable during the entire process. He answers all of our questions and is very personable. Curt went over all of the information we needed to understand the controls of the vehicle. He demonstrated all of the key features and also made sure everything that was supposed to come with the vehicle was there. The time Curt spent with us more than sufficient in delivery of the vehicle. He was very patient with us during the entire process, and we appreciated it very much. Curt introduced us to the service team and showed us where the service area was located. Overall I love coming to Precision Acura of Princeton. We especially love the facts of being able to check our internet and enjoy nice snacks during the visit! I was looking for a 2011 Acura TSX and had done my internet homework. I initially dealt with Jacqui Perry to get my e-quote (with timely follow-up e-mail responses to my questions) and then came into internet homework. At this point I worked with Ahmed Heba to go on the test drive, answer questions about the car and negotiate a final price. Overall I had a very positive experience. Ahmed was very knowledgeable about the car and up front in the price negotiation. He had a very friendly, easygoing demeanor with no hard sell and our negotiations went quickly. He worked with me on the price and I believe I got a fair deal. After I took delivery of the car, I noticed a small rip in one of the rubber boots near the windshield wiper on the car. I brought the car back to the dealership a few days later and they promptly ordered a new rubber boot to be installed in the car. Ahmed worked with me to make this happen. I appreciate the courteous and upfront action of Ahmed and Precision Acura. I would recommend both to others looking to buy an Acura. More
I found the car on ebay and contacted the dealership to arrange a test drive. I met Ahmed at the dealership and he took me out in the car and waited while I sat and played with various options for a while arrange a test drive. Negotiations were simple, with minimal discussion and we agreed on a fair price for both the new (used) car and my trade-in. Ahmed and everyone else in the dealership came across as friendly and easygoing, with none of the slimy sales tactics I encountered at a dealership closer to home. To me, this is the kind of customer service that should be the norm, but can be hard to find in the world of auto sales. More

I purchased used acura mdx from this dealership. salesman was very friendly he showed the cars and let us test drive the cars. We liked one 2008 model. Saleman convinced us to buy on same day although we wer was very friendly he showed the cars and let us test drive the cars. We liked one 2008 model. Saleman convinced us to buy on same day although we were just out to check out different cars. price looked ok and car was in good condition (certified). when starting to drive the car I realized that left mirror was not functioning. SO I had to go back and drop that car for couple of days to get mirror fixed. Poeple at the dealership atre friendly . service is good. More

After I first drove the car with Eric, he answered any questions I had and we talked about my timing on a lease, other non Acura cars I was considering, number of miles I needed, ballpark lease cost numbers, colors, etc. Over the next 2 weeks Eric and I spoke on the phone and by email and agreed on a deal which I thought was reasonable. We agreed on a day and time for me to come back to sign the paperwork in the morning, which was a very quick and simple process. Was not sure if I wanted to pick up the car later in the day, or the next week. I called Eric later that day, and when I came in end of that day on Sept. 17th, my new car was ready to drive home. Eric explained the main TSX features again to me again. I had a very professional experience dealing with Precision Acura and with Eric. More
