I purchased used acura mdx from this dealership. salesman was very friendly he showed the cars and let us test drive the cars. We liked one 2008 model. Saleman convinced us to buy on same day although we wer was very friendly he showed the cars and let us test drive the cars. We liked one 2008 model. Saleman convinced us to buy on same day although we were just out to check out different cars. price looked ok and car was in good condition (certified). when starting to drive the car I realized that left mirror was not functioning. SO I had to go back and drop that car for couple of days to get mirror fixed. Poeple at the dealership atre friendly . service is good. More

After I first drove the car with Eric, he answered any questions I had and we talked about my timing on a lease, other non Acura cars I was considering, number of miles I needed, ballpark lease cost numbers, colors, etc. Over the next 2 weeks Eric and I spoke on the phone and by email and agreed on a deal which I thought was reasonable. We agreed on a day and time for me to come back to sign the paperwork in the morning, which was a very quick and simple process. Was not sure if I wanted to pick up the car later in the day, or the next week. I called Eric later that day, and when I came in end of that day on Sept. 17th, my new car was ready to drive home. Eric explained the main TSX features again to me again. I had a very professional experience dealing with Precision Acura and with Eric. More

Not only they are knowlegeable about the vehecle, they are also friendly and hospitable. James took time to show us the MDX and accompanied us during the test drive. He knows everything and anything there is to know about the vehicle. Love starbucks coffee while we were waiting. My husband and I were really pleased about the excellent service. My search for a vehicle lasted for about 2 months. If I had known about the great experience I would have at Precision ahead of time, I would've not gone anywhere else. He created an environment which did not put pressure on the buyer, but rather, made the buyer feel comfortable with their choices, and decision. Debro also advised me on certain aspect of the process. Any questions, issues or concerns I had, Debro was ready and willing to give them due attention. I went to 4 other Acura dealers and none of those dealerships came close to comparing to what I experienced at Precision Acura. Debro catered to my needs as a customer, and when things seemed grim, Debro continued to work hard in order to make sure my expectations were met. Precision Acura also seems to have many loaner cars for customers who are bringing their car in for servicing. I found that not all dealerships have a big stock of loaners, which sets Precision Acura apart from the rest. You are doing yourself a favor by coming to Precision Acura for your purchasing needs. I went into Precision Honda of Princeton, for the first time 6 weeks ago just browse as I was interested in a MDX. I met Ahmed Heba the salesman. Immediately, I got a good vibe from him. Just right for a car salesman. He took me for a test drive. Seemed extremely knowledgeble about the car, so I felt comfortable asking questions. Before I left, he had me in a new MDX at less than I was planning on paying for the car. You can't beat that....More to come.. More
