Where do I start? I have so much to say. I will try to keep this short. I have dealt with this dealer in the past with great experience. I came back for the second time and have never been more happy in my life. I have had many cars in the past, and worked with A LOT of dealers, none quite like Precision Acura. When I say that Debro Kent was my lucky charm, I am not exageratting. Everything just fell into place, and he and the other staff members really worked with me and my situation to help me get the car that I really wanted. They were so pleasant, friendly, caring, and really had the best intentions for me. They made me feel at home, did not pressure me, and made me become aware of all my different options, stearing me to the one that best fits me in the long run of owning the car over many years to come. When my husbands car lease is up, I will be coming back to Debro and the entire staff to get another car. I can't stop raving about them. They truly are the total car buying experience! More

Everyone who works there is pleasant and will talk to you. I have purchased a few cars through Acura of Princeton an cant imagine going anywhere else. I especially recommend, Eric Sebar, as he works hard to keep himself well informed of ALL the cars there. He is personable and will work with you to make sure you get the best experience possible. Eric seems to really want to you to walk away knowing you made the right purchase for your needs! I had performed some research on a new Acura RDX and had the options and price I wanted to pay figured out so I went to Precision Acura to test drive the vehicle. Eric Sebar approached me in the show room a the options and price I wanted to pay figured out so I went to Precision Acura to test drive the vehicle. Eric Sebar approached me in the show room and was pleasant and not at all pushy about buying the car. We took the 2013 RDX for a test drive and Eric explained many of the features of the car while we drove. After the test drive Eric again did not push for a sale but let me decide if I like the vehicle enough to purchase it. In terms of the price negotiations Eric and I came to an agreement quickly with no haggling or attempts to get me to buy add-ons I did it want. Having done my research I offered a price that I believed was fair and Eric was not only able to accept it, but he also gave us a $500 reduction for being a return buyer( my wife bought an Acura TL from Precision Acura in 2004). When picking up the car Eric had everything ready and went over every function in the car again and showers me how to sync my iPhone and set all the features to my personal settings. Eric took his time going over everything and did not rush me out of the dealership. Eric has since followed up twice to ensure everything was still god with the car and to let me know he was there to help if needed. More

Overall, Sam and the dealership was very friendly and helpful. I had done research online, and hence did not need to bargain on price in person.
