I returned to Precision Acura to look at a new RDX because I was very pleased with both the buying and servicing experiences I had with a 2007 TL that I had leased from them in May of 2007. On that occasion, I went to Precision after being extremely frustrated and annoyed by the Acura dealer closer to my home. Precision was easy, simple, straightforward, and a pleasure to deal with when I leased the 2007 TL; and they proved to be so once again. Peter Allen and Mike Sullivan were astute enough to offer me a very low mileage, certified 2013 RDX that was identical to the 2014 that I had been considering. The extra savings and warranty were enough to seal the deal. We haven't yet had to have the RDX serviced; but did order a tray, net and cover for the cargo area, which was delivered to Precision's parts department. When we went to pick up the parts, we were graciously greeted by both our salesman Peter and Dan in the parts department. And Dan very graciously went out in the rain to install the cover for us and instruct us in its usage. Peter also has been extremely helpful during the sale, delivery, and afterwards in teaching us how to get the most from the many features of the Tech package. All in all, Precision and Peter are a pleasure to deal with. Al Lanza More
(Short story) after finally "shaking" on a price. And listening to Tim and the manager laughing out loudly, i still agreed to pay full asking price. (Didnt want to take off $132, but instead o price. (Didnt want to take off $132, but instead of not getting the car i agreed)Paper work being drawn and then I notice the price wasn't what was agreed on. Extra 300 dollars and so it was for the stardard dock fee that supposedly wasn't added on. After fighting to make it a even price and getting slapped in the face with a no now they wanted me to pay more! (Not my math error, theirs!) They rather lose a sale then eat the dock fee. I feel very cheated and annoyed that after agreeing on the price that wouldnt budge a penny, they "forgot" to add a fee and I have to just pay it! This is one of the worst dealership I've been to! I the consumer was made to feel helpless!- As Usual always trying to take advantage of the consumer. If i hadnt notice the price difference and quickly signed the papers I would of been on the hook for the extra money. Where's the integrity and honesty?? If Tim was up front and told me from the get go, returning from the manager office. i may understand, but to just hand me the paper to sign is out right stealing! This pretty much just proved that profit is more important then good customer service. I Should report this to the BBB. Very disappointed in a Acura dealer. Full of regret ever going here! Give me back my 2hour drive! What happen to the gentlemens hand shake of accepted deal? Not in this case just greed! All this and the pressure to buy at the very moment,I was told " this is a great deal but after you leave today youll never see this price again-, theres 4 appts. to see the car tomorrow-, Sure no pressure to push the sale!- Not only did you lose a sale but Acura in itself has loss its reputation for the type of employees they employ! More

I visited the Precision Acura Dealership to purchase another Acura MDX and Ahmed Heba was my sales rep. I told him that I was interested in purchasing another MDX and wanted to see the latest model. He led me to the floor model and explained the car's new features to me. Knowing that I previously owned an MDX, Ahmed let me have my space to examine the car. He was direct and told me that he would not lose me as a customer because of price and that was all I needed to know. I appreciated his straight-forward approach because I did not want him to give me a standard sales pitch nor did I want haggle with me on price. We purchased the car from Ahmed and Precision Acura because they were the most responsive and lowest price dealership. More
