Ahmed Heba was very helpful, friendy and curtious and did his best to get me a good deal on the 2011 Acura RDX. I was unable to pickup my car during their regular business hours, so he also did me a favor by his best to get me a good deal on the 2011 Acura RDX. Total scam shop. Went there to purchase a car at a price that I was promised yesterday only to find that the salesman made a "mistake" and the car was 2K more. My wife has purchased two TLs new from this dealership in 2005 and 2009 (her first TL was purchased in 1999 elsewhere). We contacted the dealership via internet request for PRICING on a 2013 RED TL. It too 2005 and 2009 (her first TL was purchased in 1999 elsewhere). We contacted the dealership via internet request for PRICING on a 2013 RED TL. It took multiple emails and finally a phone call for the dealership to provide us with a price on the requested TL model. Then when we visited the dealership on Saturday morning after confirming our interest with the Internet sales rep we were passed off to Ahmed on the spot with his having NO KNOWLEDGE of my wife's previous purchases at the dealership with all her car services performed by that dealership. He asked if we would like to 'test drive' the vehicle and 'learn about it'. Bottom line, he was ignorant to our prior purchase and TL experiences dating back 14 years! Then we asked for a trade in value on our 2009 which had 79000 miles on it he asked us what price we were asking. I referenced KBB website which reflected the mileage and the excellent condition (no accidents and dealer serviced) and he laughed at his dealership had no interest in a car with 79000 miles on it since it was no longer covered by warranty. Ahmed indicated that the car would HAVE to be resold to a wholesaler since that vehicle could not be sold from his lot. Reluctantly, we finally agreed on a reduced trade in value. Two days later my wife's TL was listed and is still listed as for sale at the Precision Acura dealership. Further, when Ahmed asked what color my wife would like in her new TL she indicated 'red'. He assured her that would not be difficult to obtain from another dealership. He asked for alternative colors as well which we refused to provide. Then on Monday evening Ahmed called to say he had found a silver car. We indicated that we were not interested and that if he couldn't find a red car we'd go elsewhere. On Tuesday, he called my wife to indicate he had found a red car and his tone was unfriendly, abrupt and rude. The listing of my wife's 2009 TL at the Dealership website is exactly, what Ahmed swore would never happen. He lied to us to get us to reduce our desired trade-in value and went through an 'act' to suggest he was getting wholesaler price quotes on the vehicle. The car two weeks after our purchase is still available at the dealer. We will never buy another car from Precision Acura as they were untruthful, uncooperative in getting us the 'red' car and rude in their understanding of their customers preferences. More

This was my first time purchasing a car and I was a little nervous. Ahmed Heba, was an awesome salesman! He was very professional, knew all of the answers to my questions, but most importantly he custo little nervous. Ahmed Heba, was an awesome salesman! Precision Acura of Princeton was a great dealership to go to overall and I am beyond happy with the service and the purchase of my first, and certainly not my last Acura. We have purchased many cars over the years, BMW, Acura, Audi and Nissan and this is by far our best experience. Car buying is not always pleasant. However the people at this dealership were outstanding in Audi and Nissan and this is by far our best experience. Car buying is not always pleasant.
