My name is Mitchell Brenner and I am the eCommerce Manager for Precision Acura. I wanted to personally apologize for the error made by your salesperson when he misquoted you on the Pre-Owned Nissan you were looking at. As the window sticker and our website had the correct price, it's still a mystery as to how he made the mistake. It is my understanding that we did call you the next day and agreed to sell you the Nissan at a greatly reduced price and that you accepted the offer. I'm glad we were able to accommodate you to some degree. I understand that you eventually purchased a different vehicle at a different dealership prior to picking up our Nissan and I wish you a great driving experience and much joy in your new vehicle.

Secondly I would like to wholeheartedly apologize for your last experience with our dealership and with your salesperson in particular. We have discussed this situation with him and he is fully aware of how he has no basis for discussing what we will be doing with anybody's trade in after it is in our hands. That is not, nor will it ever be, the decision of the salesperson. We also discussed with him all the other issues you brought up and he has been warned. He is to treat all our customers with respect and needs to read the notes in our system so he knows the details on each customer prior to any discussions.
