Thank you for reaching out to me in response to my review of your dealership. Although we were not pleased with our experience at your dealership, my wife and I are enjoying our 2010 Acura MDX. With the weather getting colder, we would like to have the option of allowing the vehicle to warm up before we come outside by means of a factory installed autostart system. If you are able to have this system installed in our vehicle free of charge before the posting date of my review, it will regain my confidence in your dealership and propel me to remove any negativity that I had previously described. As to your trade value, I'm sure to you it feels like you were not given a good number on it. We understand that. The reality is that we have had nobody come to look at your old vehicle and we have not been able to sell it yet. We are going to have to reduce our price on it and hope we can sell it. At this time, we've had no success so it does appear the value we put on your car was more than fair and probably too high. As to the Remote Start System, we can not justify giving that to you as it is completely not related to any of the issues you expressed in your original review. I certainly can replace the one "used" headphone with a new one although in reality the New one was the anomaly, not the used one as it was a used car. I hope this helps you in some way. Let me know.
