Damion was exceedingly transparent, honest, friendly, funny and professional. He's looking for a sale (as a salesman should) but he's not looking to be underhanded, conniving or espouse an ends-justifies-the-means outlook. In every sense he was as accommodating as possible and worked WITH us to realize our goal. We got the car at about the price we wanted, the whole family was well taken care of despite the amount of time we were in the dealership -- and that time feels even longer with two kids under 10 with low blood sugar. If you want someone who will treat and relate to you as a human being, understand your needs and be on your side, walk in the door and seek out Damion. Precision Acura Comes Highly Recommended I just leased my 3rd vehicle from Precision Acura. That alone should tell you how I feel about Precision Acura. I've leased a new TSX, new TL, and now I just leased my 3rd vehicle from Precision Acura. That alone should tell you how I feel about Precision Acura. I've leased a new TSX, new TL, and now a new RDX. These guys have always been great and are willing to negotiate. My salesperson, Ahmed Heba, is courteous and conducts himself in a most professional manner.He never pushes his own agenda. Ahmed made my wife and I feel like he was putting our needs first. And most importantly, he is a good listener. He's very thorough and is happy to present numerous options. Here's a fact about Ahmed. Three years ago my wife and I visited a nearby BMW dealer. We test drove a car and decided to sleep on it for a week. We decided to turn in our Acura TSX and go with the BMW. When we showed up to the BMW dealer the following week to make the deal, the salesperson told us he was busy with a delivery and to come back in 2 hours. Really? So we went to Acura just to see what the new TL was like. Ahmed got us a great deal on a fully loaded TL and sold us on the spot! That's how good Ahmed is. I highly recommend Precision Acura. Sales team great, some areas of concern I want to start out by saying the sales team was great. With that being said, some of the other things that go along with buying a car can be a huge pain in your xxx from this dealership. I had a bad experience with getting my plates. When my plates finally came in from the DMV, I was told to come pick them up, however I work well over an hour n a half from them and it would be tough to get there in time. I requested that my plates be mailed to me to avoid a situation where my temp. plates would expire. I was given such a hard time about having my plates mailed. Guys seriously it's not a big deal to mail plates out. Even if it does cost u guys $25, I hope you are aware that people are buying cars from you guys not groceries. This is such a small insignificant price to pay but instead of using it as on opportunity to further accentuate your great service provided by your sales force, management/front office made such a huge deal out of this that it warranted a review like this. After a couple hours of back an forth phone calls, they finally agreed to send out my plates. This type of thing just leaves a sour taste in your mouth after buying a car from there. More
