Horrible service experience Bought a used Honda Ridgeline at this dealer. The buying experience was decent. Service in the other hand was subpar. I took my 14 MDX with 14k mil Bought a used Honda Ridgeline at this dealer. The buying experience was decent. Service in the other hand was subpar. I took my 14 MDX with 14k miles to this dealer for an oil change during the weekend. Received the car back, it was dirty and was not vacuumed. Brought it up to service writer and they corrected the problem. Came back the 2nd time ripples and dings in the a pillar, the service writer said I had to come back because the manager was supposed to be the one making the decision cosmetic warranty repair. Came back the 3rd time for an oil change and existing a pillar issue (both sides). They said they don't have available spot for the day. As for the a pillar issue, the service writer stated that I have to bring it back to the dealer that I bought the vehicle from or come back during the week and he can have service manager look at it. I told him this is the second time I came back for the same issue. He stated he, cannot do anything for me. I have owned many vehicles (ex. Infiniti, Lexus, Cadillac, BMW and Chevy)and this is by far the worst customer service I've had experience. It doesn't take rocket science to determine a warranty repair and manufacture defect. Warranty repairs can be performed by any licensed Acura dealer not just the dealer I bought it from. This dealer just lost a customer. More

I was actually able to apply for my credit certification, and be offered a rate all via email while at work in order to expedite the process by the time I got there. Once I arrived at the dealership, the entire structure of their operation was first class. Between the test drive and straight to the point negotiation, I couldn't ask for more. All salesmen and financial handlers were helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. In particular, Christian, who handled my deal. He was very in tune with the product being sold without any pressure being put forth. I highly recommend his help, and the dealer in general. No other way to buy a car in my opinion moving forward. He took me out for a test drive in the Nissan Maxima that I was inquiring about. He was very informative about the car. Even though he told me he just started working there only a couple of months, he was very knowledgable. When I arrived to picked the car up a couple of days later, the service team were detailing it and getting it ready. Mr. Velasquez waited patiently with me and kept me company until the car was ready. Kevin, Alex and Herin were great in helping me purchase the perfect car. Thank you guys. You were wonderful. More
