Mike Mealey is my trusted service advisor in all things keeping cars healthy, and since many of my cars are Acura, it means he is service department. Mike Mealey is my trusted service advisor in all things keeping cars healthy, and since many of my cars are Acura, it means he is to my cars what a great doctor would be to me. Mike provides outstanding service in all the ways that matter. Courteous, responsive, knowledgeable, committed, and never quits on diagnosing a problem and getting the repair done right. During my most recent purchase of a pre-owned car, I wanted to get a timing belt and other important maintenance done on the car at my expense based on the fair pricing by the sales department. Mike oversaw the entire process such that my car was ready for delivery the next day with all the service work done. It was an amazing experience to have the sales and service process performed simultaneously. Demonstrates the mutual trust the sales and service teams and I have built over a decades long relationship. The car I purchased is amazing and I am very happy. I also want to give a shout out to Steve in the service department. While Steve is not my primary advisor, he always says hello and engages in conversation. When he heard what vehicle I purchased and my concerns in lacking certain modern features (e.g., backup camera and Apple Car Play), he did research on his own time and provided me with excellent guidance on how I can achieve what I want in the aftermarket. I continue to be impressed with how the service team at Precision Acura consistently goes above and beyond to take care of me and my family's automotive needs. More
