I worked with Wally and Baika and they were both absolutely amazing! I live 2 hours away from the dealership and Wally gave the most detailed, thorough FaceTime of my car and was honest about any im absolutely amazing! Worst car buying experience in over 30 years of buying cars. Condition of vehicle was misrepresented on video, mistake by the finance department cost me $750 which I have yet to recoup after two months -d cars. Bought the car, delivered and 3 months later they still don't have a title for this car. Ask if title is in hand before buying. I want the title or a complete refund. I was extremely interested in this car but NO ONE got back to my attempts to reach you / the buyer, other than the generic 'a sales rep will get back you' replies. I eventually gave up and assumed the car was no longer available. Then, a week later I got an email with a 'where did you go, Denise?' stating the car was still available. My husband called immediately upon receipt of the email, thrilled and ready to pay cash, but when he did was informed the car was sold over the weekend. Very unhappy with the whole customer service, lack of response and misinformation. Very poor rating. More
