Steve was extremely knowledgeable about my car and what I needed to have done for service. He was professional, kind and helpful. Bob Lacy wa very good to work with. He understood the Leaf operation fully and was able to answer all our questions. He took us on a test drive that included all types of roads (freeway, country roads, a Leaf operation fully and was able to answer all our questions. He encouraged both of us to drive it. Bob gave follow up calls both before and after we bought the vehicle. He was attentive and available without being pushy. He met with us during what was probably his lunch time. He and his manager even gave us a break on the price that we thought was quite fair. There are more positive things I could say (for example, about how he introduced us to key service people and educated us on how to use the Leaf features), but we are busy people and hate to spend so much time filling out all the surveys that come to us from all sorts of vendors. Easiest car buying experience I've ever had! Sean and Miguel worked late to get the job done for us. We live out of town and the closest dealership to us is in Medford. They were hard to work with.
