We are located at 4950 Sunrise Hwy, Massapequa Park, NY, and our website as well as our third-party listings clearly state “No Fees, the price you see is the price you pay." This isn't the first time we were mistaken for another location. This is not something we take lightly, and we would like the opportunity to look into your concerns further. Please confirm the date and time you visited, along with the vehicle details such as the stock number, year/make/model, and last 6 digits of the VIN. There are a few dealerships with similar names, however we are the only Power Motors East. Please contact us at 516-590-3800 ask for Kendall or Federico.

I did, in fact, visit your dealership at 4950 Sunrise Highway in Massapequa Park. Suggesting that I may have confused your location with another dealership appears to be an attempt to avoid addressing the substance of my experience rather than taking responsibility for it.. During my visit, I observed multiple prices, being presented for the same vehicle, and the pricing I encountered did not align with a straightforward “ No fees, the price is the price you pay” message that you are now emphasizing. Whether this was due to advertise discounts, conditional pricing, dealer added costs, or another factor, The end result was that the vehicle was not being offered at the simple price that was initially presented. Instead of focusing on whether I somehow visited the wrong dealership, I would encourage you to address the concerns that were actually raised. I stand by my review and my account of what occurred during my visit. If your intention is genuinely to investigate the matter, I encourage you to do so internally. However, I do not believe that questioning whether I visited, your dealership is a productive starting point when I know where I went, and what I experienced.

Questioning whether you visited our location was not an attempt to avoid addressing your concerns. Unfortunately, we’ve had situations in the past where customers confused our dealership with another location, especially since there are multiple dealerships with similar names in the New York area. Additionally, in your review you referenced two different salespeople, which made it difficult for us to identify who assisted you. That’s why we asked for additional information such as your name, phone number, email address, the vehicle you were interested in, or the date and time of your visit. Without that information, we have no way to investigate the matter internally. We take our “No Fees” policy very seriously and stand behind it. If a member of our sales team acted contrary to our company policy, we absolutely want to know about it and address it immediately. However, we need enough information to properly review the situation. We would appreciate the opportunity to look into your concerns. Please contact the dealership and ask for Federico or Kendall so we can obtain your information, locate any records related to your visit, and investigate the matter thoroughly.
