Worst Experience Ever! On a test drive of a 2018 Kia Niro EX, the check engine lights came on. I notified my salesman and the next day, I was told that it was an environmen On a test drive of a 2018 Kia Niro EX, the check engine lights came on. I notified my salesman and the next day, I was told that it was an environmental code that popped up because the gas cap wasn't on correctly. 30 miles down the road, just after the ink had dried on the lease, the lights came on again. Fast forward 4 months later....the car has been in service twice for a total of 5 weeks for the same problem. Add to that additional engine problems. I was sold a lemon. There response was to try to make more money off the situation and to ignore the state lemon law. More
Never buy from POWER I bought a brand new Kia Sportage and was told I get free maintenance check ups. After the 1st check up it was a nightmare trying to get back in. My online profile doesn't work after the 1st scheduled appointment. I call in to schedule an appointment and they now refer me back to the website (which doesn't work). No one seems to be able to help me once they got my money. I'm a single father with 2 kids & don't have time to stop in & schedule an appointment. Now that my appointment was scheduled late, my factory warranty is invalid. I feel used & taken advantage of. None of the promises made by this establishment has come to fruition. Don't ever buy a car from POWER! More

We specifically stated we wanted to use our Credit Union for a better rate. They informed us this would not be a problem. “We can sign the paperwork and they would work with our banking. I had everything ready for them in less than 14hrs. We were told it was to late. The loan had been submitted and gone through their financial institution. So I verified with the financial institution the loan was written through and it had not even been assigned to a loan officer. Financial person was Zack. They were looking to pad there pockets for a one time deal. I will not be a repeat customer. More

Horrible service department This is specifically a review of the "service" department... I got my first Kia (Optima) here and loved it in the beginning! The service was great fo This is specifically a review of the "service" department... I got my first Kia (Optima) here and loved it in the beginning! The service was great for routine oil changes but the problems started when I had a real issue come up with the car. In January of this year my car slid during the ice storm and had damage to the front wheel. When the tow truck driver asked me where I wanted it towed I didn't even think twice about taking it back to Kia. Steve and Jason where always helpful and started the process of working with the insurance company to get the car fixed. Weeks go by before I finally got my car back only to discover that it was pulling really bad to the right and they were trying to pass it off as normal. I finally got them to work with the insurance again to authorize a repair of their work and I will never forget what Steve said to me.... He said "we are not a full service body shop, you shouldn't have brought it to us". I was speechless.... Never did they tell me that they didn't have the tools or experience to do the job, it was only after the fact that they said that! The thought never even crossed my mind, who better to repair my new Kia than Kia?! I could not believe that a month and a xxxxty repair later they would be telling me that I should have taken it elsewhere!!! I got my car fixed by a third party but it was damage was already done by Kia and as a result I still to this day have issues with the alignment with that wheel. Needless to stay I didn't set foot in Kia for the next 8 months. I got new tires and all my oil changes elsewhere now. But when a headlight burned out I remembered that I had Kia pre-owned warranty on the car. I took in the car on Friday 11/03/2017 but Jason told me that the HID tech was off shift and I should come back on Monday. I asked him about a warranty replacement and he made it seem as if it wasn't a problem. So I come back on Monday 11/06/2017 drop off my car with Steve when he tells me that it isn't covered by the warranty because it expired at 60k and my car was now at 69k. I asked if there was any kind of grace period or anything but no luck. Okay fine I still need a new HID bulb and he tells me it's $250 for the bulb! (Plus $10 or $40 dollars labor depending on which tech you ask) I ask him why it's so much and he said it was because of the HID bulb. I wasn't happy but again I needed a headlight so I left the car with Steve and got a ride home. 5 mins after getting home I search online and discover that the same bulb can purchased for $75!! I call Steve right back and ask him why it's so much of a difference and he gives me some line about a 12 month warranty....I could purchase three bulbs for the same price, why would I want a 12 month warranty?! I come to find out the service has been completed and I'm screwed yet again. I will never step foot in Kia for a non warranty issue ever again and this whole experience makes me want to trade in my Kia Optima and be done with them forever! More
