I went in on Sat 3/10 to buy a new Kia Soul. There was one on the lot in the color I wanted. Took it for a test drive and liked it. The sales person was very pushy. At initial contact I explained I was LOOKING to buy a new car and only wanted to get some numbers to compare and work with. During the test drive the salesman kept asking what it would take for me to drive off with the car "today". I explained that even if he gave me the car free I was not interested in buying today only looking to get numbers to compare. He commented that if he let me leave today without a committment he might not see me again. When we got back to the dealership and sat back down at his desk he pulled out the sale and financing paperwork and started going thru it with me. About half way thru I realized what he was doing and told him I was NOT going to buy today, I only wanted to get some numbers to work with. He finally went to the sales manager and got the numbers I wanted, price of new car, estimated allowance for my trade, finance interest, etc. On Tues 3/13 I went back in to the dealership and told salesman we were ready to buy and could get the paperwork going. I explained to him that I wanted to have all the paperwork done today and my wife and I would be in the next day, Wed 3/14 to sign and pick up the new car. He and I spent an hour or so completing required information and getting the deal done. Once again he started pressuring me to "sign and take the car home today". I explained again I only wanted the paperwork done and ready to sign the next day as I needed to take my trade home and clean out all personal property. He insisted on "doing the delivery today" because he would be off tomorrow. My thought was 'enough already, you got the sale, someone else can deliver tomorrow'. Then, the next day my wife and I went in around 10:30 after a Dr. appointment to sign and get new car. No paperwork was complete! The F&I guy had to assemble the "deal" and get things ready before we were called in to his office to sign all required documents. Another hour of waiting. Unfortunately, this has been a fairly typical experience of past car buying episodes. Fortunately I have to deal with car salespersons only about every 5 or 6 years! More
nice customer service. friendly sales people. I did not like starting with one sales person and ending with another. It was a little frustrating finding a lender with reasonable terms. I am satisified with my purchase, however my mechanic found a repair needed at $535 the week after I purchased. I will look to Kia Salem again when I buy another car because the sales people were easy to work with. More
My experience at Power Kia was absolutely fantastic! This was the first time I ever bought a used car from a dealer and the staff was incredible. The finance guy, Lars, found us a great financing deal...and then found us an even better one. I am definitely looking forward to buying my next car from these fine folks! More

From the time that we walked in to the time we left, we were treated with sincerity and professionalism. I cant remember his name, but he was great. He walked us through this last step with the greatest of ease. This is the third car I have bought from Power Kia and I will be back to buy more in the future. More
