Hello all.... Please see my previous review below. Back for the second new Kia; this time for my Aunt. Once again, another outstanding experience with Power Kia, primarily due to service "above and beyon for the second new Kia; this time for my Aunt. Once again, another outstanding experience with Power Kia, primarily due to service "above and beyond" the call of duty by Al Severs. When my Aunt was ready to purchase her new Kia Soul, we met Al at the dealership, and she selected "The One" for an extended test drive the next day. Al encourages his customers to simply take a vehicle for a test drive, on your own, for as long as you like. This is notable, as it allows you to candidly (and privately) discuss the merits of the vehicle with your friends or family. I've never heard of a dealership doing anything like this before. In this particular case, "The One" turned out not to be "The One" as my Aunt decided to opt for a different package and options. No worries, as it turned out... we checked in with Al and he immediately set to finding a vehicle to fit the bill. We continued the test drive, went to lunch, visited family, etc. The point being, we were gone for hours, and this was not an issue at all. By the time we returned to the dealership, Al had located several Souls that might be "The (new) One" for my Aunt. However, as we began to finalize the deal, it became evident this selection of vehicles was also not precisely what my Aunt was looking for. Yep... we sent Al back to the well again. Success this time! "The One," and as it turned out, the only one to fit the bill, was availble at a dealership in Portland and we grabbed it. With the deal finalized... my Aunt was the happy new owner of a Kia Soul. However, this isn't the end of the story. By the time the deal was finalized, it was late Saturday afternoon; the vehicle scheduled to be delivered Monday morning. My Aunt was disappointed she wouldn't be able to drive her new Soul to Easter Sunday Mass the next morning. As a surprise for my Aunt, Al told me he was willing to go himself to the other dealership that night and personally bring her new Soul down to Salem, just so she could drive it to church the next day. Unbelievable! But true!! Later, Al called me around 8:00 PM, and I brought my Aunt back over to the dealership (which was closed by this time), and there it was.... her new Soul, ready to go! My Aunt was thrilled beyond words.... THANK YOU AL SEVERS!!! More

Went into the dealership to look at an advertised pre-owned Sorento and left with a great deal on new Kia Soul. David was great, no pressure, walked us through all the different models of soul and features, drove a couple vehicles all the while it was cold, dark and raining. David answered all of our questions and then some. David at Power kia has followed up with us a few times since the sale to make sure we are satisfied and we are. My wife's favorite car of all time. We will and have recommended David to 1 friend already as well as the dealership as a whole. Finance Mgr was also great and we purchased Gap insurance. More
My entire experience with Power Kia was really good. David was a pleaure to work with and I would recommend him to friends looking for a vehicle. I also appreciated Mike, Jeff, and Phil (I believe I have the names right). This is saying a lot coming from me as I am not a big fan of car salesmen in general. I don't mean to be unkind, it's simply a fact. These gentlemen worked with me this weekend and I drove home in a new Kia Soul. They were all very professional, they were not pushy, and were all very accommodating. I highly recommend this dealership. More
From the moment Luke Andre met us in the parking lot, I knew we were in the right spot. Luke was friendly, kind and very pleasant. He totally listened to what my wife and I explained to him, then respond knew we were in the right spot. Luke was friendly, kind and very pleasant. He totally listened to what my wife and I explained to him, then responded appropriately. His ability to identify with us was excellent and his attitude was superb. Luke's easy going nature was a big plus for both my wife and I. Luke's knowledge of his inventory was very good and when he did have a question, he got an answer immediately. When we went for the test drive, it seemed more like we were 'hanging out' with a friend than being sold a car. In fact there was no point in the process where Luke seemed to be selling us anything. He just listened, responded and educated us. Even the process of agreeing to terms was easy and pleasant with Luke. He was very relaxed and made what can be a painful part of the deal a pleasure instead. When it was time to sign papers with the finance manager we were pleased that our good experience was pretty seamless. Even though we had to go off-site to another dealership, Luke happily drove us over. I believe the gentleman's name was Glen, who we met to sign papers. He was fantastic. Like Luke, Glen was freindly, kind, and uniquely pleasant. The paperwork process was quick and easy. We actually had fun with it, and left Glen's office laughing. Luke drove us back to the Kia dealership where our car was waiting; clean, full of gas, and ready to go. He went over a few essential items with us, then turned us loose. ALL GOOD. Every moment of the process with Power Kia was good, because of Luke and Glen. The icing on the cake happened a few days after we'd had the vehicle. Luke called and asked if I'd be willing to stop by and re-sign paperwork, as a decision had been made to deliver a better finance rate! He called me, for the purpose of saving me money!!! Never before, in my experience with car dealers, had any dealership worked to actually save me money, especially after the ink was down! This was proof, their entire business model was designed to please the customer vs. what can we get 'em for! Amazing. There are two important points I'd like to make: 1. I am now a loyal Power Kia customer. Thank you, thank you. 2. Luke Andre should be the model for training all other car salesman, as he defies the label of "car salesman." He's a cool hand, Luke is. David made this a very positive experience for us. He even drove out 30 miles to bring us into the dealership! We never felt any pressure to buy a car. He was friendly, caring and answered all our questions. There was a long wait to get the final signing of the papers done, but that was not really anyone's fault. It was just the way it worked out. So I've given it 5 stars across the board. And now after having driven our new Kia Soul for a week, it far exceeds our expectations. We have already told our friends and family about the Kia Soul and this dealership. Thank you, we are very satisfied customers. More
