Al made the experience of buying a new car effortless. We were extremely pleased with his knowledge of the vehicle, financing and his willingness to help us through this process in a very timely way. We didn't want it to take 3 hours and he promised it wouldn't. In fact, it was about 2 hours total. His honesty and integrity when we first visited, brought us back a week later to purchase. Al is a top sales representative and we will recommend him to friends and family who may be shopping for a vehicle. I stopped at Kia first and went back to Kia last - best car best price!!! I spent my Sunday determined that I was not going to fill my SUV tank again. The first stop was Kia and Ben Phillips came out and asked what I was looking for. He only had to show me 1-2 cars and then he brought out the Kia Optima Hybrid which was very stylish, sharp, does not look like the same car everyone else drives and had the power that I love. I test drove that, told him I had a few other cars to look at that I was interested in and went on my way looking. Each car is test drove, I kept comparing each to the Kia that he had brought out, and each car I test drove, I drove by the Kia dealership to see if the Optima was still parked where we left it. After 4 cars and a couple dealerships, I went back, the car was still there. I was out of my range a little however he lowered the cost of the car , I was sad however to take a loss on my SUV the way that I did but the savings in gas will quickly make that difference up as I am quickly finding out, and the assurance of having a new car and being able to finally take my family places will be priceless. Thanks Ben!! Oh by the way,,, That could be your next commercial! Yes I drove by with each test car to make sure the Kia wasnt going anywhere. I love my car, the only thing missing is a moonroof and tinted windows which can be added down the road. More
I had a good experience when I went and bought my used car. I was shown a variety of options within my price range, everyone there was friendly, and I was especially happy that I never felt any pressure. car. The reason I am most impressed with Power Kia is not just because they were helpful when I bought my car, but because they were just as great when I had a problem with the car. I stopped back by the dealership a few days after my purchase with a concern and they immediately sent me over to their service dealership, made sure my car was checked out, and took care of the repairs needed. I didn't realize this kind of honesty exhisted. I didn't have to stress about the expenses or being without a car, they really took care of me to make sure I was completly happy with my puchase. More

Our Salesperson Ben Phillips was not pushy,he was friendly a very likable person, he asked us alot of questions about what we were looking for,had us sit a quite a few cars till we found the right fi friendly a very likable person, he asked us alot of questions about what we were looking for,had us sit a quite a few cars till we found the right fit for us. We bought a new KIA in 2012 but this dealership although extremely helpful, friendly and professional... was not able to obtain the color we wanted - we had to purchase at another KIA dealership outside of extremely helpful, friendly and professional... was not able to obtain the color we wanted - we had to purchase at another KIA dealership outside of Salem. We loved the KIA and were considering a hybrid. Power KIA was our first consideration. We were extremely satisfied with our service and are happy with our purchase. May 3 I bought a Pt cruiser ,before I bought it on the back window it had painted on the window parts on order ,my freind took a picture of the window, I pointed out the tires are bald ,the dealer said he back window it had painted on the window parts on order ,my freind took a picture of the window, I pointed out the tires are bald ,the dealer said he see what they could do ,when he came back he said oh te parts on order are the tires . We looked at each other thought that's odd it was 12:30pm they took the car to change the tires why did the paper work ,I sat there till 3:30pm when finally the car came back with only two new tires ,then one week went by and I had to take it to the service center due to the radiator was bad and went out ,gee keep thinking about that window parts on order ,after they change the radiator the manufacture alarm goes off as you use key to u lock the door they did not give me the fob or have the alarm disable te alarm,all still not been thiry days since I signed papers to buy still see the window with parts on order. This all is why the Lemon Law was written, I like my Pt except for they never took care of issues they knew it had parts on order still have that photo of window on my car.so I would buy a car from them but be cautious if te car as on the window parts on reder make them tell you what parts on order take picture of window just incase you are thinking they are not being honest to you,just p,ay t safe take the picture it's worth a lot in court,if you have to ate them, so far they taken care of things but the car alarm they have yet to give me the fob for the alarm if they do not then taking car to attorney to video what it does then off to court lemon law covers me big tine More
