Buy a car here if you want but do not believe their promises, guarantees, speaking of family like business, fast accurate vehicle care and accommodations that they offer. They may sell you a great deal promises, guarantees, speaking of family like business, fast accurate vehicle care and accommodations that they offer. They may sell you a great deal but know its xxxxxxxx covered in glitter. Let me tell you why. I would go anywhere else if I could. My 14month old Kia Soul with 10,700 miles on it Just started banging and knocking so bad it was literally shaking and vibrating the whole car. It got slightly less shaky after it was warmed up but continued to knock. Pressing on the accelerator was rough and it would still shake throughout the drive making it feel like Im driving on gravel, at stops the steering wheel is vibrating if I have the engine left on at stops. If the engine is auto off at stops it starts up really rough. I just had an oil change my second oil change at 10,650 miles at Valvoline they said everything looks great but my battery was draining faster then it should and i need to get it to the dealership. Batteries should last 3-5 years. That was 10 days ago. I haven't even added fuel to the tank. I had Jiffy Lube check the oil job hoping something might be loss or maybe the wrong oil. Jiffy said they cant find anything wrong with the oil change that was done. They did say the car if not running right and I need to take it to the dealership. I get to the dealership right at 8am and ask if they can check my car out really quick to see what is wrong with it. I just need to know if it is something I need to worry about or not. Knocking is not a good thing I could be piston slap or Engine knocking. I know one is less urgent then the other but my car is a year old and should be having any knocking at all! It low miles so completely under warranty. The shop says they don't have any openings for a few weeks. I asked if the car would be ok till then and the front desk lady says she doesn't know. I asked if there was anywhere else I could take and she says it needs to be diagnosed here. I let her know I will be out of the country in a couple of weeks and My Teen that works night as the Hospital needs to be able to drive to work and the day they offered what right in the middle of his work week and the time right in the middle of his work day. I asked if they have a car we would be able to use while they have my car. She said no. I asked if the car brakes down do will they take responsibility? and She said no. I asked and if my kid is in an accident are they going to take responsibility then? She said no. I asked to speak to the manager. He pretty much was laughing in my face. I asked him if they dont have any opening and the closed Kia to us is over an hour away if he think my car would make it. He said I dont know it needs a diagnostic. I asked if it brakes down on my up will they cover the towing cost and car rental? He said no that would be on you. I asked if it would be fine to drive around town? He said IDK anything that sounds off need to be checked with a diagnostic. Asked again is there anywhere close I can take my car for the diagnostics to be check. He said it needs to be a kia dealer. I told him I am going out of the country and my Teen with be driving it for work when I am away. I asked if he can guarantee my kids safety in that car. He laughingly said absolutely not. I said if my kid gets in an accident and gets seriously injured will kia take responsibility for that. Again he laughingly said no. I asked and if he dies with the car at fault? He was literally laughing like my kids life is nothing but a joke to him. I let him know that car is our only means of transportation. I need it looked at just to let me know if it is Urgent or not. I was just asking for peace of mind and for them to back their words and promises I got when buying the car. To stand by their warranties in the least.. I asked for corporates number and they gave no solution but at least the one on the phone with me was sympathetic. More
They lied to me about monthly payment to lease the car. They told me it would be similar to the website but when I arrived here from long distance they offered more than twice of monthly payment, and when They told me it would be similar to the website but when I arrived here from long distance they offered more than twice of monthly payment, and when I complained about this price, they behaved very badly. It was a horrible experience with them. I have never experience such a this behavior in different leaderships who my friends recently bought car from them. Totally irrespecutful, so mean, unfriendly and wasting time More

Do not buy a Kia if you have to serviced at Power Kia. The serviced department has really gone downhill. They created a problem with my car and told me I had to pay for it to be towed into their shop even The serviced department has really gone downhill. They created a problem with my car and told me I had to pay for it to be towed into their shop eventhough it was THEIR fault. It has gotten horrible!! I can't wait for my car to reach a 100k so I can get anything else but a Kia. More
I am disgusted by the "service" I received at Power KIA. They offered me 3000$ for my trade in of a car that they would sell for 13K. I have bought and sold over 37 cars in the past 20 years and never had They offered me 3000$ for my trade in of a car that they would sell for 13K. I have bought and sold over 37 cars in the past 20 years and never had such a horrible experience (most of this was private sellers/buyers and not dealerships). I know as a women it may seem as I know nothing about selling or buying a car but I do. I have 2 offers for a truck I'm selling for 3.5K less than I bought if for 10 years ago. Purchased for 31K and selling 27.5K. After offering me 3K, they saw my reaction and in 137 seconds (I timed them) doubled it to 6K. There was no way i would do business with them at that point. After the 6K offer I began to leave and some higher up guy came out to tell me "I don't know the market for used cars". Rather than letting me leave, visibly done with any interaction he continued and then asked if I was "going to talk or be rude". I knew what a 2013 VW Jetta TDI (with one issue I will have fixed for $250) that has under 100K on it is worth both for private and trade-in value before I walked in. They took one look at me and treated me like an idiot. This occurred at 12:45pm today. I have since been to 2 dealerships, and consulted one auto broker I use when I don't have time to make the deal myself. Their starting price was on average 8.8K and I got one up to 9.95K with very little work. I don't know much about cars themselves. You really don't need to especially when buying when you have people around you that do. To me they are just money and transportation. I do, however, know how to sell and buy them, and I have never received this kind of treatment. It was good for my pocket book because I will sell private and make far more. I was just testing the waters to see the deal they could do. They are the worst in the Mid-Valley by far. Also of note. One of the first things I do when I walk into a dealership is count the number of women working at the time I enter. Rarely do I see a dealership that has zero women working there as a dealer. There could have been a women in the back, but the only one I saw was the young women at the desk, looking at her phone so closely I had to get her attention for help (I'm a teacher as my full time job so I'm used to that:) I can imagine with the way I was treated women likely are not welcome or remain employed there long. With that said the actual dealers I worked with were very good. It is their bosses, the back room dealers, that are to blame 100%. I was appalled by their treatment of me, and then called rude when I was clearly trying to leave, and told them I was done speaking with them. It is also VERY rude to blatantly rip a person off. Since I negotiate all the sales and purchases of my family on both sides (all of which live in the Mid-Valley) I look forward to doing business anywhere but but a POWER dealership. I had heard from many in Salem not to go to a POWER dealership. But I want a KIA purchased by Sunday. Go anywhere else! More
I’ve never taken my car into a dealership before and I bought my 2018 kia optima horizon blue. Well the customer service wasn’t the best and when I got my car back after they said it’s been washed it wasn bought my 2018 kia optima horizon blue. Well the customer service wasn’t the best and when I got my car back after they said it’s been washed it wasn’t washed. Then I bring them back and they wash it well it can back with scratches all over it. Well after about a week of constant calling and leaving my info no word back. Just told they are too busy. Well finally I get an appointment to think the issue will be resolved. Didn’t end up that way I got my vehicle with chips in it and they only say i don’t know how it would’ve happened even though I have before pictures of what it looked like and still nothing. Not please with this dealership at all. More
