I feel that I was lied to about signing up for extra products I didn't need. Examples extended maintenance, I am covered for 100000 miles, my trade in had 84K miles. The biggest issue was, I went in with a pre-approval from my bank and not only did Power Ford request my credit but so did Ford Motor Credit. This should never have happened. David Hall was awesome, somehow it stopped with him. I tried to get ahold of Matt to discuss my issues and he didn't return my calls. I tried to deliver my title and the little girl at the desk didn't know what was going on and asked someone if my title was ready. So many negatives More
